Description of Work: Replaced shingle roof on a two story house. First crew came to remove old roof, second crew came to install new roof. All workers were professional, courteous and answered all questions as work progressed. Debris cleaned up quickly. Calls made to the office were returned promptly. Description of Work: I purchased a roof check-up. He arrived promptly and got right to work after hearing my concerns about a leak we have had on and off. He inspected the roof and resealed many areas for us and especially the area of concern. He told me that the condition of our shingles was good, however, the roofing nails(done by another company) were rusting and we will need to budget for a new roof in the near future.We have not experienced any more leaking since his visit. I will definitely consider this company for my roofing needs as he was courteous, honest and explained all my options for the future.

Description of Work: After the roof inspection they determined the source of the leak and repaired it. The job involved removal of an entire area of barrel tiles, repair of the roofing underneath, and returning the barrel tiles to their original condition. Additionally, they showed me where the previous owner had done a very poor job of repairing a different section of the roof, assured me that at this time it was "working OK", and discussed with me options for when it eventually failed. They did NOT try to upsell me but rather informed me. I chose to get that area repaired as well - and they gave me a great discount for doing so. I will use them again in the future when necessary.
