With our old pool service company it was always hard to talk to the right people. I find this is not the case at Grandslam. We have had to call a few times and always get through to principles in the Company. They really try their best to keep the customers satisfied. We look forward to continuing service with them. It's a very competitive market that keeps prices very similar between companies. Give them a try if are are just starting out or ready to switch services.

I have lived in the Cape Coral area now for over 8 years and have always rented. We have had a pool in everyone of our rentals so I have used several companies to keep my pool in good condition. After trying several well known local companies I have found the BEST MOST RELIABLE COMPANY BY FAR. The folks at GrandSlam are amazing. I never have to worry abiut whats going on with my pool because not only do they do an incredible job keeping my pool clean but they always leave me a report of what they did and any suggestions that may help me. They have never let me down which is very important for my family and for my pool to be clean since I have a 14 year old son with autism which chooses the pool over anything to do to have fun. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND GRANDSLAM TO ANYONE LOOKING TO GET GREAT RELIABLE SERVICE FROM AN HONEST FRIENDLY COMPANY.

Grand Slam is the third pool service I have used over the past ten years. They are by far the best. Prompt, courteous, and professional. If I am not home they leave a card indicating what has been performed on that visit. On-line bill paying is quick and convenient. I highly recommend this service.

My wife and I bought our first home about a year ago. We have a pool and wanted to find a company where we could trust the employees since they would be at our home weekly. Luckily we found that company right off the bat. Since first talking to the owner we knew that. They have always been very professional, honest, and trustworthy. From their uniform to their customer service they really are a pleasure to work with. If you talk to them while they are at your home they will ask you if you have any concerns and if you call with any they are always right on top of it to resolve any issues you have. I highly recommend this company.

Grandslam has been cleaning our pool for over a year now and we are so pleased with the service they have provided. Our pool needed major help when we bought are house and now it looks amazing they keep it clean every week and have been able to answer any questions we have had about our pool. I am an out of town relative of an elderly aunt that lives in her home with 24/7 care and I have the authority to pay her bills for her and anything else that needs to be addressed. HOA contacted me with regards to the her backyard pool...they received several complaints. I contacted Grand Slam and although the pool was not the worst they had ever seen...it was BAD. Thick algae, etc. It took approximately 3 months to get it all clean with also repairing the pump, a new filter and powerwashing the deck and surrounding pool area. They kept me updated about the progress and also sent me before and after pictures. It now looks fantastic...even the caregivers have commented how great it looks. I have also contracted with them to maintain the pool. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great! Super professional response time is always great, the pool is sparkling clean we've had grand slam for about 5 years now and we have never had a problem our pump went out a few months ago on a Friday afternoon and I called Matt in somewhat of a panic and he answered promptly and calmed my fears! He explained to me all of the different options we had including fixing our old one but we decided it was time for a new pump so we didn't go through ours breaking again... and he had someone out THE NEXT DAY on a SATURDAY! you can imagine my gratitude! We can't say enough about these guys they are wonderful! Thanks grand slam for all you do for us!

We have used this company for about 2 years and the service has been spotty and now really horrible. They service our residence and pools at 2 rental properties. The pools were serviced once a week but never fully cleaned. They pretend to have a lot of concern fro complaints and things get better for a week or two and then back to the same substandard service.Lately, the pools were turning green and the last straw was one of them turning charcoal colored right after their person left. See picture of pool that is normally brilliant blue. I would stay away.

Very Very Bad. I terminated the service , after they put Chlorine in our Salt Water Pool ... Matt Claimed they did this on all salt Water Pools..PH went absolutely crazy for several Days . Sorry I can't recommend Grandslam . Additionally, our system put out an alarm on low salt for over a week..Asked on several occasions to get this resolved ..Try to make me feel bad that they were going out of their way to service our pool before it was due . After being away for several months we returned to discover our Filter looked like it had not been washed for quite a long long time Nice folks , but I need a service I can count on .

Pool is green AGAIN....I called today and ended up speaking with Matt. Told him what was going on and he refused to listen to me when I asked that tomorrow on their normal service day, they PLEASE shock the pool and start using the chlorine tablets again. He continued to talk over me and argue. I let him know that recently my landlord had asked me if I wanted to keep the service or go with a new one he had been using with his other rental properties and I had wanted to stay with GrandSlam. Five minutes later I received a text from him saying that they were canceling service effective today. Truly not a classy thing to do knowing the condition he was leaving our pool in. I would NOT recommend GrandSlam to anyone and will be letting friends family and landlord know.....Summer of 2015 I spent the entire 3 months talking with Dalton and battling to have a clear pool. Requested that the chlorine tablets used by our previous service would be used again by GrandSlam as we never had this problem with the prior service. Lengthy explanations on how hydrogen molecules and chlorine molecules bonded and why tablets don't work and 3 months later, still had a green pool. FINALLY they started using the tablets and what do you know!! The pool cleared up and was crystal again. My pool is now lime green once again and looks more pond than pool and I have been left high and dry by this company.

We have been using Grand Slam for a couple of years now. They have always been professional yet cordial whenever we have called for any additional work that needed to be done. We also used their service for some deck cleaning and it was done equally as well at an affordable price. We have a great crew and do a great job.

Someone comes weekly to test and adjust chemicals in the pool. He also vacuums, empties the skimmer and whatever else needs maintenance. The management team is very responsive on the rare occasion I've had problems, usually due to something I didn't understand on the new heater or pool pump purchased and installed by them at a VERY good price - yes, I checked prices from other companies first! They also send helpful tips via email and offer discounts for frequently used items such as filter cartridges. Great company and team! I have no pans to change companies or cancel my contract any time soon! At that price, I really could hardly provide the chemicals. Plus, I don't ever have to worry about testing or .... well, ANYTHING! If I have a concern Dalton or Matt are just a phone call away. If they aren't readily available, I typically receive a call back within an hour - VERY responsive! I've never had an emergency, but I have no doubt, they would be there immediately if such a thing occurred. Thank you GrandSlam for making my life so much easier!

I have had GrandSlam Cleaning my pool for over 6 years now. The company has done nothing but get better at everything they do. They not only keep me well informed on anything going on with my pool, they go out of their way to resolve it as soon as possible if a problem should arise. They have set their company up to make everything easier for me, by now doing online billing, yearly preventive maintenance scheduling and always over the whole time I have known them they have never forgotten to return a call or email. Today this is just about unheard of anymore! If you want a company that is not after your money but is after insuring your pool runs correctly and is always properly balanced, then look no further, you have found the best company out there!
When I have had company coming in to town and I want to insure everything is up to snuff, they send someone out at no charge to me, ( I don't know if they do the no charge for everyone or only due to me being a customer for so long) to make sure everything is ready to go.

Grandslam was virtually the answer to my prayers last year. My previous pool company did not do a god job and then just failed to show up. My pool was dirty and green. I called Grandslam in desperation on a Saturday and was so surprised to get a return call from Dalton within an hour. He was so polite and scheduled a service call right away to get my pool on its way to recovery. The price was great, and the company gave me an introductory offer which included a couple weeks of free service. They also bill for services in arrear. You pay once the service is delivered.
We have been so pleased with with our sparkling pool. We have been a customer of Grandslam for about a year, and we have no complaints. This is so great! We love our pool and use it for physical therapy as well as pleasure. Grandslam is one of a kind. Our family would highly recommend this company!
