Both Kevin and Heather were great, they walked us through the process and were very thorough They installed a new bathroom,updated our fireplace area and our bar Heather also suggested new wallpaper for our hallway which looks great Very professional!

I hired Blue and Alder to renovate our beach-condominium and couldn?t be happier with the results. Kevin and his team completely transformed two bathrooms ? installing modern glass shower enclosures, elegant tile work, updated lighting, and custom cabinetry. The primary suite now looks stunning ? like a brand-new space, all finished while I was away for the summer. What truly set Blue and Alder apart was their professionalism and transparent process: They used only their own trusted crew Kevin was on site throughout the project, supervising every stage. I was consulted at every important decision point and received photographic updates as work progressed. He provided physical samples of tile, flooring, finishes, and paint so I could make informed final selections. Blue and Alder handled all permit paperwork, HOA documentation, and inspection scheduling. Blue and Alder is a cut above the rest. I highly recommend them!

Kevin and Heather were great to work with. They were honest and on top of every detail. I was especially pleased with the beautiful materials they sourced for my project. I would not have been able to find all of the materials on my own and they did a great job of finding things I loved (and I am REALLY picky). Their subcontractors where also top notch. I will work with them again for future projects.

Blue and Alder was fantastic to work with on our condo. Time was of the essence knowing our building has a window of time in the summer to get the renovation done. This was a renovation that needed good design for the interiors and construction talent to get the job done. They were able to do both and achieve a beautiful result. We looked for their design eye throughout the project to enhance our interiors, wether it was selecting unique tile for kitchen and bath wall coverings, window treatments or cabinetry. Blue and Alder just transformed our space to be more transitional with current design. They went above and beyond to make sure our home was functional and sunny. They were timely on budget and so creative.

We have had a NIGHTMARE experience with Blue + Alder LLC. Which is solely run by a husband and wife team. Kevin and Heather Claes. Beware as they are very good salespeople. They tell you what you want to hear and make you feel like they run this large company decorating company with tons of experience. Blue + Alder LLC. has only been around since 2018. Their previous companies were Bucklebury Home Inc., West Berkshire LLC., and Southwest Builders Inc. to name a few. Blue + Alder never stated the work in our apartment nor attained my permits. I ended up doing that after I got caught up onto the made-up stories they were giving me time after time. We gave them a 50 % deposit which is unheard of last June and the project was supposed to be complete by Oct. 2019 When we questioned them they had all the right things to say. It will be a year in June 2020 that I am dealing with these people and I just want my what is owed back to us. Before you consider them please do your due diligence. We have acquired a lawyer and also reached out to the BBB of Naples with proof of their questionable business practices. My first red FLAG. should have been the business address, It is a UPS store mailbox. If they have such a large business, with all the advertising and employees working with them why is there no office? Where do Kevin and Heather go to see all the clients? You will not be able to meet them at their workplace. Secondly, do a search in Chicago, IL and you can see a lot of issues they have had. They have been sued a few times, and also have previously filed for bankruptcy. There are a lot of things that you can find if you dig deep. Trust me I have spent months at it and I wish I had done it before I gave them my money. Again, my advice is to do your due diligence and spend a little extra time.
