Had a rather complicated issue with a sub-zero refrigerator, requiring two trips. Angel (+ Rosa) communicated frequently, arrived on a timely basis, and completed work without a hitch. This is my "go-to" firm for appliance repair. P.S. After writing this review, I experienced a power surge that affected a relay switch on this refrigerator... Angel came out, diagnosed the problem, replaced the part - no charge for service call or part!

When I called, they made an appointment the next day and the technician was there at the time of the appointment. The office called me to let me know that the tech was on the way. He was knowledgable and determined the issue very quickly. He called his shop to order the part needed and I was given the exact cost before he left. They said they would receive the part quickly and the repair would be done in the next 2-3 days. I was called a day later that the part was in and the technician could complete the repair on that day. He was prompt and effecient. Replaced the part and stayed a while to make sure all was working properly. I was very satisfied with the service and would call them again if I need this kind service.

He charged us the flat home visit fee for the dishwasher and made nothing on the repair. We took his advice and buy a replacement.

They are very prompt, and I think they did not charge extra to come outside of normal business hours. They are quick, and they did a good job. I never had to call them back.

They came out the next day. Diagnosed and ordered the necessary part. Explained that it would be 7-10 days to get part. When the part arrived they came the next day to replace it. Very friendly and efficient.

The service man asked me many questions in order to diagnose the exact problem with each appliance. He repaired both very quickly and then gave me additional instructions on further steps to take if the dryer was not drying as efficiently as it should. That was not necessary as he had cleaned alot of lint out and it works fine.

Responsive to our calls, quick to come out and diagnosed problem and took care of it.

We were able to get an appointment same day. The repairman arrived on time, was efficient and courteous and had the necessary parts in his truck. Would definitely use them again.

The repair man showed up as promised, was very efficient, polite and thorough. It was a small part, but hard to get to, but he did a great job. The best part is Always Speedy has a zillion parts on their truck, so no need for a second appointment to install, as parts do not need to be ordered (mostly).

I have used them once before. He came out immediately and replaced the parts for a minimal fee. He was very professional, polite and courteous. They were extremely quick to respond to me.

Get their number from Angie's List. Called them and asked for estimate, which would cost $65 (waived if I finally order the repair). They came and inspected refrigerator. It was determined that the electric board was bad. The quoted price was $282.60 ($182.60 for part and $100 for labor) before tax. I could have received the exact same part on line for $90, including shipping. They won't negotiate the price for the part (attitude was not exactly good either). I had to order the repair. (They took the bad part as well.) They fixed the problem and the refrigerator is working so far.

I like this company because they are very fast, reliable and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone as I have used them for various other repairs and I have never been disappointed with their service.
