I think he fixed a couple of heads. He turned each circuit on and checked them out. Everything was fine. I think he replaced a head as well.

I bought the big deal. A man came out and checked may whole sprinkler system and offered some suggestions. He actually did a couple of things for me. My system was mainly in good shape. He was informative and helpful. I would use him again.

It worked out fine. The gentleman was here on time and did the job. The sprinklers are no longer hitting the house and the coverage is better than it was before.

Absolutely incredible from the first phone call to the handshake at the end. Pleasant, kind person who explained everything in detail. Will definitely use again if we ever have the need in the future.

Great. Tech showed up on schedule, performed the sprinkler check, made adjustments and reset the timer. Everything was done professionally and timely. The tech was friendly, curteous and knowledgeable. I could not ask for better service and will definitely use them again in the future.

Job went as described in the Big Deal. No problems were found except for some minor adjustments.

They did a sprinkler system tune-up. Everything went well. They did fix one sprinkler head that was not working properly. However, I found one they missed. Also, they did not set the timing system to the proper on/off times and days. But hey, it was just $35.

I feel like I wasted my money. The guy showed up 15 minutes before our appointment time and I was still coming home from work. I showed up on time but he seemed very impatient and annoyed that he had to wait. While he was there he seemed to want to do as little work as possible. It seemed like the only reason he was there was to try to sell me a bigger more expensive service package. I had a hard time trying to get him to look at the things that I actually had trouble with. He was also knocking other companies while he was there. He knew the group that handled most of the service in our neighborhood and for no reason he just started talking bad about them. I thought it was very unprofessional.

Excellent service. Professional, Notified me before arriving. Exceptional value. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I used Active for a big deal initially when I moved in to adjust my irrigation system. I recently installed a fence and 1000 sq ft of new sod. I requested that Justin, my previous technician, be sent out again. He works really fast and gave his suggestions on where to place the new heads, etc. He doesn't mind doing the extra work, after all that's more money for them, but he does try to save you money wherever possible - and that's very much appreciated. I highly recommend Justin from Active Lawn Care & Landscaping!

It went ok, not as well as I would have liked though. There were a couple of repairs that I pointed out to him that didn't make, and the technician they set out really wasn't very professional. Overall I was pretty dissapointed with the service.

I first used Active Inc. after purchasing a big deal for an irrigation tune-up. After installing a fence in my current home, I wanted Active Inc. to come out and purchased another big deal. After speaking with the rep, I was informed that there may be more cost involved as there may be more than an hour's labor and parts. I understood and left with the rep confirming that he had my correct contact numbers and would notify me of the exact estimate. I never heard anything and a couple days later received an invoice for a replacement sprinkler head. Surprised that I never heard anything, I assumed that the system was in fact fixed without any extra fee required. Turning on my system, it was immediately clear that the rotors that were spraying directly on my new fence continued to spray the new fence even after I specifically pointed out to the rep that this was the biggest area of need. I contacted Active, spoke with a manager and was pleased to have the manager come out the next day so I could point out the problem. He was extremely apologetic and vowed to get the problem fixed. Another rep had to come out, provide an estimate and I was told that I would only have to pay for parts. I was hopeful for the quick resolution and Active soon came back out to provide the service they should have done the first time. After the rep left, I checked the system and was pleased with the overall solution to the problem of the rotors spraying my fence, but noticed a half spray head was spraying an electrical box. How any irrigation professional could place a spray head right in front of an electrical transistor box is beyond me. So, after Active came out twice to solve a simple problem, I am still going to have to replace a half spray nozzle to a quarter spray nozzle so the electrical box isn't watered.

Great! Fixed some heads, then went to work finding the leak, which was in a very obscure part of the back yard. Phone company installers broke a pipe when then put my lines under ground.

This is my second service by Active I am now a scheduled customer. Everyone I have spoken with has been helpful and polite. The service rep who comes to do the yard is extremely friendly and knowledgable. He has many years of experience in weed / pest control in central FL. After two treatments, the yard is shaping up (we stared in the winter - so not too much growtth yet. Now that is spring time, the yard is starting to come alive and the results are showing. Grass is looking healthier and the cinch bug patches I had are regrowing. I am impressed that they do NOT use the same heavy-handed chamical approach that the national companies use. I was furnished with a list of what was being sprayed. Good job Active! thank you! I look forward to many years of your service and a healthly lawn!

It is a very nice family owned business. The price was reasonable and he was very professional.

Active came on time, tweaked my sprinklers and left with us being very happy.

Very well so far. The technician will return to complete the work as he did not have all the parts on his van.

They did the work twice and apologized for the mistake. Very honest and very professional, and they did a great job!

Technician was timely, courteous and informative. He made several repairs as he went along and provided tips for operating the sprinkler system. I will definitely use this company again.

The technician was excellent; very pleasant and knowledgeable. He found several problems and fixed them; also answered some questions that I had about my sprinkler system and upgrades that I might want to do. I would not hesitate to use this company again!
