Spirited Gifts

They describe on there website a gift basket but what you actually get It’s nothing like it’s pictured it’s just pushed together in an ugly gold little box instead of being displayed the way it is on their website. I would never shop with this company again and then lady claims that the pictures are just for advertising purposes but when people look at a picture online expect to get what’s in the picture I paid $115 for this ugly little box of crap. The first picture is what they display on their website the second picture is what you actually get

Products shown on website are NOT representative of what is actually delivered and they do NOT honor their Satisfaction Guarantee. I initially placed an order for 5 Gift Sets, and they were delivered without an issue. I placed a second order for 17 of the "Wine Lover's Gift Basket" and 4 Johnnie Walker Gift Sets. The wine baskets that my customers received were pitiful in comparison to the $175.00 basket that was advertised on the website AND most of them were damaged or destroyed in transit. The ?Wine Lover?s Gift Basket? was supposed to include ?three bottles of wine (2 Red and 1 White)? ?paired with the finest gourmet indulgences including smoked salmon, wine crackers, chocolate chip cookies, delicious Brie, Godiva Chocolate, and more??, but instead my customers received 3 bottles of cheap Red Wine, a 2 oz. piece of cake, a 2 oz. brownie & chocolate chip cookies, and a small box of caramels in an ugly wicker basket that looked like it was bought at the dollar store. I have pictures if anyone would care to see them. When I contacted Spirited Gifts LLC and asked them to honor their "100% guarantee they will love it or your money back" Jamie Futscher replied that ?In regards to the basket-our pictures are examples only?Selection may vary based on availability?? and in regards to the irreparable damage caused to the baskets and food items during transit she replied that ?Gift baskets are something that are better purchased from where they are being delivered and never shipped. I suggest that to you for next time you decided to purchase baskets, do it locally." UNBELIEVABLE! I am a business owner who ordered these for one of my clients to give to their executive clients for Christmas. Never again will I order ANYTHING from Spirited Gifts LLC.
