I bought a deal, made an appointment for him to stop by and see the water heater. He was on his way somewhere and said he could stop by in the next 15 min. but otherwise no, it would have to be another day. We discussed permitting, i went to get the permit application notarized, and sent him pictures but he couldn't get the pictures, saying his phone was a borrowed phone. He eventually DID go see ...

This is the best experience I have ever had with any type of contractor. Paul was professional and extremely efficient especially in dealing with the city and obtaining permits. He and his crew were very polite, knowledgeable and extremely responsive. His pricing was also significantly better than the first company that I called for the job.
