Coral Gables plumbing has been providing professional plumbing services to my commercial building for the last three years. The services provided have been as varied as the following: trenching for new floor drains for a banquet kitchen, perma-lining existing underground drain lines, replacing over-head cast iron piping from restaurant kitchen to grease trap on loading dock, replacing sump floats, replacing sump motors, and replacing a commercial domestic back-flow device for the water supply coming into the building.

In January of 2015 we replaced an 80’ building sewer line from your house to the connection with the street. The piping was almost 80' long and up to 3' deep and hand digging was not an economically plausible option. We were clear that the pavers and landscaping were not part of our work and you were not billed for any landscaping or paver installation. The plumbing work that you were charged for was done professionally, to code, and is still working today. I will go over with my staff to better explain and make sure we are very clear what collateral damages can be expected when replacing underground piping and/or any other work we perform. I apologize for any misunderstandings. We have been out to your home several times since the replacement of the sewer line to perform minor repairs on other plumbing fixtures in the house and appreciate your continued business very much.
