I had just arrived from two weeks in Malaysia to a house with shutters up and no air! My worst nightmare, no air!!! Jose of Breeze Air was at my house within 40 mins! He installed a new thermostat and I was so pleased with his friendliness, competence and speed. This was after 5 pm on a Sunday the day before a holiday and with a Category 5 storm offshore. Incredible response. Thank you Jose!

Jose responded quickly. He was willing to help my senior mom understand the issue with the HVAC. He also showed her how to work the thermostat. He took pictures for me and made sure the job was done right.

They came out pretty late and was able to get the job I needed in a timely manner. The gentleman that worked on my apartment was prompt and gave me updates.

Our unit was still under warranty, and the fan needed replacement. The technician who did the work could have been dishonest, but he took care of us, replaced the fan, and only charged us for his labor! And the technician came on time on Saturday! I'll do business again with them in the future!
