I called and spoke with the owner, Lazaro, and he set up an appointment to come out the next morning. He arrived as scheduled, identified the problem, had the parts and fixed the fridge in about a little over an hour. Overall very pleased and would use this company in the future.

From the initial contact with ATS, I was impressed with their courtesy and professionalism. I explained to Lazaro that I just needed a new dishwasher swapped with the other one my wife hates. I didn't expect him to tell me he would be in the area the same afternoon and said he would take care of it at that time. I asked him to contact me 20-30 minutes before arrival so I could meet him from work. He did so, extremely nice man, meticulous in his work explained what he was doing each step, even pointed out some errors that the previous appliance installers made and corrected them without hesitation. Very satisfied customer, and my experience far eclipses that of any retail store contracted installation teams. A+

We got a phone response Monday, the day I posted the request, and set up an appointment for today, Wednesday. Mr. Polanco called in advance, as promised, and arrived on time. He was pleasant and efficient, quickly diagnosing the problem. He explained clearly what he was doing and why, and gave us advice for the future. We were very pleased.

The entire process was excellent and professional. My refrigerator/freezer was not cooling/freezing. I called the owner/technician on Thursday, he scheduled the service visit for the next day, and he arrived on time. He came prepared with parts and equipment to resolved the problems with my refrigerator that I had described to him over the phone. He was very accurate in his diagnosis of the problem, and he recommended the least expensive solution. His work was quick, accurate and neat. Within 10 hours my "Sub Zero" was cooling and freezing at the factory temperatures. It is a pleasure to work with professional, knowledgeable, and honest contractors. I will definitely use Appliance Tech Services in the future for my appliance repairs.

They provider came over and looked at the item and it turns out it is gong to be very expensive to repair and I may need to replace the appliance entirely.

Prompt, efficient, effective, friendly, & professional. I used the Angie's List "deal," which included an hour of labor and the service trip, but did NOT include parts. I was charged $50 for a lid switch, which seemed a little high to me. I will wonder if getting the "deal" ended up saving me money. Many repairs in previous reviews cost less than $200.

I contacted Appliance Tech Services via Angie's List and was contacted back in less than an hour. Lazaro scheduled a next-day visit time. He arrived right on time with all his gear ready to help figure out what was ailing my dishwasher. I had smelled burning coming from the dishwasher and feared the pump had burned out and we needed a new one. Lazaro informed me that it could be a simple jam and if so he could remove it. Well, thankfully, it was just small jam with the motor. Calling Appliance Tech Services saved me from having to buy a new dishwasher. Lazaro had the jam fixed and the appliance all buttoned back up in less than 30 minutes. He was quick, very professional, and a super nice guy. He's also got his entire process set up digitally, so you don't have to mess with signing any papers or having to keep track of receipts. My payment receipt was in my mailbox before he left the house. The entire process working with Lazaro and Appliance Tech Services was an absolute pleasure. I would not hesitate for a second to call these guys back. Thank you guys for a job well done. I'm definitely a satisfied customer.

The service call went great. It was fast, and my dryer works now. Lazaro as prompt at returning my call. He was available to come the day I needed him to, and provided me an actual quote prior to servicing. I received the invoice via email, and he accepted my check. He did a great job, and was super professional. I definitely recommend this company.

After trying to have my combined washer/dryer unit repaired over the course of several weeks, I finally searched Angie's List and took a chance on Appliance Tech services. The owner called me back within a few minutes and arranged for the repair. He showed up and did the repair in just a few minutes. So many other companies had made appointments and were no-shows, so I was quite grateful. I would use him again.

Lazaro and his son were very polite, well mannered, and come from a spiritual background. They are trustworthy, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs appliances repaired.

He arrived on time and was able to complete the repair and cleanup within a half hour. I was very impressed and pleased.

1. Called on 20th Mar, he returned my call that day and made an appointment for the following day 2. He called before the appointment time and arrived within the hour slot he agreed 3. He checked the sensors prior to replacing the Main Circuit Board as that may have been cheaper to repair, However unfortunately that was not the problem 4. He had both parts already in stock in his van and was able to start working straight away 5. It took less than an hour to replace both items 6. He even vacuumed the vents 7. He was very helpful and friendly while working 8. He does have a call-out fee that is waived if you do decide to have the work done, but he explained that before we made the appointment. However I think this is a common practice 9. He had a $10 discount through Angie List

No complaints about this repair. I called and spoke to Lazaro who scheduled an appointment and gave me an estimate of the cost to replace the ice maker. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and showed me what the problem was with the ice maker. A final price quote was provided (which was less than the original estimate). Lazaro had the replacement part in the truck, and the repair was quickly made. I recommend this company and will use them again.

They examined the unit and advised me that the seal was broken and that it would cost more than the unit was worth to repair it which pretty much confirmed what I thought. They discounted the fee because they couldn't help, which I though was nice of them. I would definitely call them again.

Lazaro was fantastic. He was very easy to reach to set up a service appointment. He was responsive via phone calls, texts, and contact with my condo management office with all administrative details in advance. He said he would come during the 1-3 pm time frame on the scheduled service date. In advance of arriving, he called and texted to make sure that someone was home. He promptly arrived at 1pm right on time. He came to install my glass stove cooktop. My stovetop was not the average case because the oven needed to be removed to do the installation. Lazaro clearly told me up front that there would be an additional charge because of the oven removal. He was clear with all pricing throughout his servicing. If I remember right, he quoted $129 for the installation. Then, he quoted $185 because it was complex installation. However, he gave me the Angie's List discount and my final price was $165. After he finished installing the cooktop, I mentioned to him how my dishwasher would often fall out when I would open the front panel door. He looked at it and said it was a simple fix. He asked if I had a couple of screen. He screwed them right in to fasten the dishwasher in place. And, voila, it was fixed! He said there would be no charge for that fix and it was complimentary. My dishwasher had been falling out like that for years. What a nice bonus. Lazaro was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the service. I would definitely use Lazaro again for any appliance repairs I need. He was the most helpful handyman I have ever had.

Lazaro and his son arrived promptly as scheduled. The light bulb had broken off inside the socket and I messed up the socket trying to get it out myself. Lazaro successfully got the bulb stem out and fixed the light. The other light on the other side I had messed up worse and Lazaro gave me an estimated cost to order and install a new socket receptacle. I chose to hold on that for now as one light is just fine. Lazaro had previously fixed our oven in the past and as usual did an excellent job!

Lazaro was terrific both in our intial contact, the scheduling process and his job performance. His follow through was great. He arrived on time and was able to repair the washer in under an hour. I did think the price was a little on the high side, but hey, ya get what ya pay for, right? I would use his services again and highly recommend him to anyone needing a washing machine repair.

He arrived on time and the repair was completed in a couple of hours. The water dispenser was leaking from under the refrigerator and the provider replaced all the old tubing with new tubing. He also cleaned the coils at the back of the fridge. He also noticed that the voltage on the fan was low. He suggested that I replace the main controller board which would resolve the situation. I opted not to replace it at this time but would wait until it failed.

GREAT! I called yesterday afternoon and they came 9 am today, they already had the element that was needed to be replaced. They were super friendly, loved my dog, helped me turn off the breaker and everything took less than an hour! If my oven ever breaks again i will definitely call them!
