Description of Work: The most responsive management company I have worked with so far. As a property owner my main concern besides having good management is the ability of the staff and property manager to respond to my questions promptly. They're always available for me as a property owner and as for the tenants I have received no complaints from them regarding the handling of their maintenance requests.

This company had excellent Angie's List reviews, so I purchased two packages of three hours each at the special Angie's List price.The company and the people who work for it are just as super-organized as you would expect professional organizers to be. Scheduling and payment are done through the spectacular Anthony K. website, which automatically generates confirmation, follow-up, and reminder e-mails. You will also receive e-mailed instructions on how to get ready for the appointment. The "business end" is automated, but the service is personal. I received a call from Javier the day after I purchased the packages through the website. He asked me questions about what I needed and explained the company's approach to home organization. I liked everything I heard. The company does not sell you home organization products. Its organizers find out about your lifestyle and organize around what works for you. The actual sessions were a pleasure. Javier is a wonderfully polite man whose method is to make gentle suggestions and work rapidly, not issue orders. This is no drill sergeant. Javier worked miracles in my son's room and in my home office in a very short time. My son, husband, and I worked alongside Javier to get my son's room in shape, and I worked alongside him in the office, but I think he normally does the work himself and shows the customer what he has done at the end. My life and home are fairly well-organized already, but it was still worth every penny (and more) to work with Javier and Anthony K. Lifestyle Management Company. Having help with organization is so much better than trying to go it alone and letting things get out of control. It's really a gift to yourself of time and peace of mind. Think of the freedom you would have if your "stuff" issues weren't weighing on your mind! Think of the money you could be making in the time you would save if you didn't spend hours moving your stuff around or looking for things! It really doesn't cost, it pays to get help. I highly recommend this company. I anticipate I will be using its services regularly in the future.
Description of Work: Javier of Anthony K. organized my 13-year-old son's room and my home office. In upcoming months, I plan to use his help to organize the master bedroom closets, and perhaps to organize the garage. I anticipate I will be using this company's services regularly in the future to stay organized.

I hired this company for their reviews on Angie's List. I wanted to get organized but found on their profile they were offering home cleaning as well. I did go ahead and call them to schedule both services. I thought it was a great idea to have it all done at once. They sent Scott, the professional organizer with Magaly as a the cleaning lady. Both came in at the scheduled time and for three hours Scott organized my closet, my kitchen and part of my home office. Organization part was interesting. I thought I could just leave him there to do his job, but actually he asked questions to get an idea of what would work best for me. Scott coordinated his work with Magaly who did an excellent job cleaning the areas where Scott was not working. My home felt and smell so clean. She used an aromatherapy cleaning system and instead of moping she steamed my floors to disinfect them. Very professional and efficient.
Description of Work: Organization of master bedroom closet, kitchen and home office. In addition, cleaning of my two bedroom home.

He was easy to work with and very professional.my recommendation is that you are prepared with the direction and have some ideas of what you want to have happen otherwise you will spend time figuring that out during the visit. I just thought i could say go for it and leave him to it but there is a lot more thought that goes into this than i realized. i learned some things from him that i am trying to utlize on a day to day basis.i would use this company again. i bought a three hour package but didn't use up the entire time period.

I also requested Griffiths MetalProducts to fix gates and fences and broken screens in the atrium. They came on time, viewed the problems and said they would get back to me on Monday. Description of Work: I required that my garage be cleaned and set to order. There were boxes and boxes and all sort of things that had not been used or attended to in 20 years! The gentleman, Javier, who worked so professionaly ,was amazing. I could not have required better service. I am very pleased that I have joined Anglie list. Javier arrived right on time and got to work immediately. I was somewhat doubtful we could achieve what I wanted in just 3 hours but we did. He helped me set up zones to organize all my consulting work/ craft work and personal files, etc so that I could easily find what I needed. I had started the process before Javier arrived but was completely overwhelmed - he actually made it simple and I have been functioning much more efficiently since his visit. I would recommend his service to anyone who needs a 'push' in the right direction. He was fun to work with and offered many helpful solutions. A great experience!

Javier has been lovely, responsive, friendly, and patient. We are a very active family with three boys in a 1926 Old Spanish with no real closet space. None of our family members is tidy, so constant purging is a must to keep things running smoothly. Javier has helped me get control with closets and sorting through kids' clothes. He has not tried to sell me any expensive organizing systems. As I tell him, it's not that I can't do it myself, I just get too burned out. Javier is so nice that I wonder if he could turn up the pressure on someone who has a hard time purging. A squemish purger might need a more drill sargeant style assistant. But I really enjoy his company. He's very sweet and helpful. I definately think the money spent on the organizer will make more of a long term impact than a regular cleaning service because the kids can be a part of the tidying process and they even do some chores. He is helping us to "have a place for everything and everything in its place." Overall, it's money smartly spent. It's a lot cheaper than buying a new house with more closet space!
Description of Work: I can explain what I would like Javier to do and he gets it done. He uses all the time effectively and keeps working through the full three hours. He always completes my requested projects and then offers to start on something else. After I have sorted through our major overflow issues (closests, drawers, books, toys, etc.) I am looking forward to bringing things to the next level and bring in a decorator when the purging is done.

Though there was a little mix-up on address, they arrived on time and did a great job turning a "storage room" once again into my home office (I had recently moved and haven't had time to finally finish the unpacking). The Angie's List Deal was for three hours of service -- but given the condition of the room, I figured it might take extra and booked for the additional block of three hours. They finished a little over three hours, but did not charge me extra.A great experience. Thanks Anthony K Lifestyle Management!

They were great. We used the Big Deal coupon from Angie's List for the work. The service was excellent. The gentleman who came out was very professional. He had some good organizational tips to take the same stuff and basically fit it into the same place so that it looked better. He was very good at encouraging me to get rid of things that I needed to get rid of without appearing brusque. He was right on time for the appointment. I felt that I got my money's worth.

I think they were absolutely fabulous! Javier arrived right on time, was efficient, and completed the work within two days. The results of his work are unbelievable, and I couldn’t be more impressed! My office now looks like a showroom. I would absolutely give this service my recommendation. I definitely think it was money well spent, and I would call them again in a heartbeat!

I was worried that the company representative, Javier, would run screaming from the mess overflowing from both closets. Instead, he got right to work and was so efficient in clearing out, sorting and organizing the contents. I kept apologizing for the mess and for not being organized, but he never judged me. He had a delightful sense of humor and was easy to work with. Even when my dogs were jumping on him, he kept smiling and spent 4 hours helping me improve my chaotic environment. When I am finally ready to confront the contents of my garage, I will call this company again. Their Big Deal special is good through July.
Description of Work: The company assisted me in the organization of two closets that had endured years of hoarding and were overflowing with clothes, papers and other personal items. One was a large hall closet and the other was a walkin bedroom closet.

I was very pleased with the service. I had Javier come the first time to tackle the job of decluttering my desk area, including organizing and rearranging drawers, file sorters and cubby hole storage areas. I was so thrilled with the results that I had him come back a week later to complete the rest of the office space, including organizing, rearranging and decluttering cabinet and wall unit drawers and shelves and piles of boxes and miscellaneous "stuff" that was cluttering the open space of the office. He also rearranged and decluttered my kitchen pantry!!! I had been in desperate need to get my home office in order and just the thought of the task caused me to procrastinate for months. Since I have the need for both easy access and visual access to the numerous files and projects that I work on, I would end up with files strewn all over my desk, actually making it more difficult to locate what I was looking for. Months went by with me always saying that I'll get to it, but it seemed that I just couldn't deal with it - it became an emotional thing. In just the two visits, Javier solved the problem!! My office looks great, everything is in its place and is easily accessible!! I plan to have Javier come back and tackle my bedroom closets.

I am a busy professional with a grueling travel schedule. When I'm home, I usually would like to spend time not doing daily chores or organizing an already cluttered home office. This company is the perfect place for you to hire a wide variety of personal assistance services, but my favorite one is having an exclusive assistant for a whole day. That way, he could actually run my dry clean pick-up, settled my office's mess and go to the supermarket for my groceries. I use them often whenever I need a few more things done around home. My wife sure is a fan as well, especially when she doesn't have to deal with organizing the kids closet over and over again. Overall, they are wonderful. Great friendly service!
