Good Guys Golf Carts

The service was first class from the time the golf cart was picked up at my residence until the time that it was returned to my driveway. I was always kept up to date with phone calls and text messages on what was happening. The service was surprisingly simple. No drama like I received at other golf cart dealers and service centers. Our new 2019 Yamaha golf cart with Curtis cab was taken care of just as you would expect from this factory authorized Yamaha dealer and service center. They offer a discount to Angie's List members, so I was happy to take advantage of that. All of the items on my check list were completed and our cart runs like new. Thanks, Good Guys. Description of work: Good Guys built a custom Porsche golf cart to my exact specifications. Actually they went over and above with surprises. For example they added a Porsche illuminated light which reflects off the ground when the headlights are turned on at night!!! All their work is first class and as I found that their knowledge base is amazing.

Rory and the crew at Good Guys golf carts in Lutz are top notch. Courteous, frendly service at a very fair price !!! These guys are are really on their game when it comes to service & repair and custom work. Other shops shy away from custom work, these guys live for it. We live over an hour away and prefer to travel to Good Guys because they are just that Good at what they do !!!

This company went above and beyond to make sure my wife, two kids, and two dogs could cruise around our neighborhood safely in our "not-so-reliable" older Ez-go golf cart. We've had trouble with this cart the last year but Good Guys went through the whole cart and every symptom is now gone. We appreciate their hard work and fair prices, they were also able to turn it around surprisingly quick considering the shape it was in. Would highly recommend.

The service technician was extremely knowledgeable, I was so impressed that the original problem I called them for he had it fixed within 2 minutes. We talked about different upgrades for my little plain Jane slow cart; he was so nice and honest, gave me discounts where he could, and told me what would be worth doing and what wouldn't. When I got the cart back, it was detailed, shiny, they did a service to it for free, and it rode SO much better. They paid attention to little details like my alignment was off, a light bulb was out, tires were low on air, and the batteries had this white/green corrosion all over them which they cleaned up completely. I'm so impressed, they really did a great job.

They picked up my golf cart, took it back to there shop. They did a complete service on it and replaced the batteries. They were very polite and did great work for a fair price. This is my second time using them and will recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with the quick turnaround and swiftness of their service call. The man who arrived was incredibly knowledgeable and was happy to answer my many questions. Their service van had all the necessary parts to repair my cart and then some. Now it's running better than new, doesn't hesitate anymore, and the brakes don't squeal at me anymore. Pricing was very affordable, surprisingly for a mobile company who comes to the home. Highly recommended in my book.

The company was very professional, friendly, and honest. They installed batteries, told me that my brakes still have about a year left rather than upselling me, and sold me one new tire at the cost of a used one. They came right to my house instead of me having to take it somewhere and not see it again for 3 or 4 days. Would definitely recommend this company.

Rory replaced electrical part which is the main component to accelerate. He checked brakes and said that i have at least 80% left on my brake pads! Very honest and would recommend him to anyone!!

I called Good Guys on a Tuesday when I saw their battery special listed on the front page of the sports section. They were very professional on the phone, the receptionist was very knowledgeable. Their prices beat their competitors by far and they even had a better battery brand for the same price as the cheaper brand.
They came out the very next day, the technician was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. He took me step by step through the golf cart, what he was doing, and how to maintain it for the next five or six years to get the most out of the batteries I just bought. Their service truck was what really impressed me, he had everything in it to do just about anything that I could think of; rolls of wire, compressor, light bulbs, tools galore, and even spare tires. He had quite a bit of batteries on the trailer as well, looked like he was prepared if I'd given him the wrong type of batteries for my cart. After the battery job was completed, he did a service to my golf cart as well which it was very much needed- it had been sitting for almost a year with no usage. Now my cart is all ready to go for my stay in Florida until June and I was very impressed with the young man who did this for me. I would highly recommend this company, they are new to the area and just getting started but you can tell they know exactly what they are doing.
