I first met Eduardo in 2017 when he was installing an a/c system thru another company and we became friends. He left his cell # to call in case there was ever a problem. A year later my system stopped working when it was almost 100 degrees out and i had my family visiting, so of course i called him and was excited to hear he had his own business! When some basic troubleshooting over the phone didnt work, he came all the way to DeLand after hours to work on our a/c so that my family could be comfortable. Then this week i called him with an error code from the system, and he came out the very next day to work on the system again. Although the code suggested that the most expensive part would need replaced, he tested multiple things and found out that it was just a $40 piece of that part that was the problem! His business is aptly named, as Eduardo is the most caring person i know, on top of being extremely knowledgeable at his trade with refreshing honesty rarely seen anymore. i would happily recommend him for any service, so be sure to call Care-N-Comfort whenever you have a/c issues!

Eduardo was very professional, punctual, and polite.. He inspected and tested my heat pump and found that it was leaking. He showed me the coils and they were corroded. He said that he could try to fix it but that he could not guarantee the repair because the system was quite old. I asked him for a quote and he gave me a very good price on a new system including installation and warranty. He installed the whole system in one day and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to repair or replace their air conditioning system.

Eduardo, installed two units in my house. He was professional, courteous and on time. He also corrected the drain lines that the builders installed incorrectly.

I have been a landlord for about 20 years. Throughout that time I never found an air conditioning company that would provide quality and consistency with a fair price. The big companies cost too much and lacked consistency within their organizations. I went with smaller companies who never followed up when they had to fix some thing that they installed. I canâ t remember how I found Ed at Care N Comfort, but he has been a game changer. We had another air conditioning company install a mini split air conditioner and it had problems from the start. They came out once or twice afterwards and then just lost interest in us. I found Ed, he came out, he fixed it and it has been working great since. After seeing his work, I sent him to all of my rentals to look at the air conditioning units, and every single one had something that was rigged by prior technicians. What I liked about him is that he took before pictures explaining why something wasnâ t installed correctly, and then after pictures showing his work. I then had a property that needed a brand new unit, I went ahead and got multiple quotes, and Ed still beat those quotes. Again, he takes before pictures and after pictures. He is licensed and insured, he pulls permits and does everything by the book. I can guarantee if you hire him youâ ll be incredibly satisfied and feel as if you got your moneysâ worth regarding the equipment he uses and his knowledge. I have referred him to multiple friends who have been very happy with him. One of my friends was told by two air conditioning companies that she needed a new air conditioner. I gave her Edâ s number, he went out and found that it was still under warranty. He did the work and she didnâ t have to worry about buying a new unit. He is honest and fair just like every contractor should be, but isnâ t. I had a tenant who is mother was living with him and on hospice, their air-conditioning unit went out and even though Ed was super busy he made it out that night because he was concerned about her being comfortable in her last days. His wife is the office manager and she is amazing too. Donâ t waste your time calling those companies that you see all over the road, stick with the small guy who takes pride in his work and really cares about his customers.
