Carl and Roy were super easy to work with. Carl was very polite and professional, and he completely fixed the problem and my by folding doors are working better than ever. He also noticed that there was an issue with another one of my doors and he fixed it in five minutes. Great attention to detail and pleasant easy people to work with. Experts who are honest and charge a fair price.

I have to give them a high score because they did come back and make concessions and took care of me. I would hire them again.

Dishonest and poor quality work. Did not stand behind their work, after fixing window in post hurricane season that leaked the moment we got heavy rainfalls. Said work was done 6 months ago. Then raised the price by 40% to re caulk the house because a) now I needed them and b) claimed the market was very ?expensive? today. Also, canceled appointment after making us wait for a week citing a lack of staff. When challenged, canceled the entire appointment stating we were giving them a hard time. Cannot trust their work or word!
