The employee arrived, took measurements of the area and began to clean the patio as asked. He was very thorough and not only cleaned the concrete area but pressure cleaned the screens as well. He then cleaned our drieway and sidewalks out front. He went over each area to make sure that everything was spotless.

Getting Reef Tropical to respond has been an issue from day one. I guess that we are one of its smaller customers and are not important. With the first contact, I was supposed to get a return call from David, the pool manager. No response. After a few weeks I tried again, office staff promised a call back, never happened. We recently contracted Reef Tropical for all of our pool needs. Those familiar with the Keys are well aware of the notoriously horrible customer service and quality with nearly every vendor (including those outside the pool service industry). These guys are the best - reliable, professional and 5 star service - unheard of for the Keys!!! Don't waste your time with other companies.

They were great. We tried some local, we are located in Key Largo and he was able to provide service in Key Largo. Well, just he was very, very knowledgeable about the salt water system and he was very, since your knowledgeable, it goes quickly. We had already had 2 people before him who had no clue what they were doing.

The city took 4 weeks to get the permit approved. The day it was finally approved I got a call and they were here 8 AM the next business day. The works were careful not to let the tree branches hit anything. They even saved a squirrel nest and moved it to another tree careful, in hopes the mother will come back. They did a great job! Removed (and got permit from city) a 30 ft Gumbo Limbo and a 20 ft Florida Holly. The price did not include the removal of the stumps.
