Thatâ s how we get the bonus. Mike and Thomas did an excellent job on our shower. The workmanship and the overall look of this walk-in shower is excellent! I canâ t recommend them enough. Also, our sales person Paul Crandall did a great presentation and answered all of our questions regarding what would take place and how soon it would be done and the workers who installed it Mike and Thomas did it exactly as I explained. West Shore did all that they said they would do and more. We replaced two tubs with walk-in showers. The floors were slippery. We asked what we could do. They installed some clear non-slip material to the floors at no cost.
