The good:
* No and/or mis-communication between salesperson and office staff and us.
** salesperson said project was going to start one day....three days later we called on where crew was; office did not know anything about project being ready to go.
** had to wait a long time 40-45 days until they could start project, but all bidders were saying that, office never touched base with us on status during that period.
The ugly:
* The crew. materials delivered one afternoon without notice. crew showed up two days later without notice at 2PM in afternoon. started project. at the end of every day, the crew announced they did not have enough or the wrong materials. on the 3rd day, a friday afternoon, they still did not have materials to finish job; said they were going to finish "next week", at that point we had to convince them to stay, go get materials needed, and finish.
There is potential here with this vendor; but management needs to step in and provide communication and direction.

- * Salesperson; very friendly, knowledgeable; helped with HOA requirements (a big plus!)
