I dropped off the rugs at their facility and we worked up the official cost invoice. The worked included a deep clean on 2 of the rugs and a thorough drying and delivery to my home. I will also receive 4 insurance appraisals for the 4 rugs. The two additional rugs are Indian and approximately 3 x 5 and 3 x 10.
