First Coast Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning

We were happy with the overall experience with this company from making the appointment to the technician giving us advice after completing the job.  would use this franchise again.  Very customer oriented.

I have always had cats and never had this problem.  Unfortunately our cat became ill and could not control herself.  A lot of damage occurred in a short time in a small office.  Another carpet cleaner cleaned the area twice, but the result was insufficient.  I researched Chem-Dry's Pet Urine Removal Treatment, and it looked promising.
Ryan, the tech, arrived promptly and explained the process.  He was knowledgeable and professional.  The results were good.  He said they would return for a second treatment at no charge if I felt it was necessary.  There was still a slight odor.  I arranged the second treatment.  I am happy to report that I can now enjoy my office!
I highly recommend First Coast Chem-Dry.  They are professional, responsive and reliable. 

They did a wonderful job on the carpets. They were on time and friendly and made sure to answer all of my questions. I would recommend them to anyone. The price seemed a little bit high, but you get what you pay for. Overall, I was pleased with the service. I would use them again because of the great work that was done.

Chem Dry did such a great job in cleaning up a mess caused by a pipe break, we thought we would try them for our upholstery. We had been considering buying a new sofa and love seat, but they look so much like new now that we decided to keep what we have.

I was pleased with Chem Dry Beachside Carpet Cleaners. The price was incredible for the size of the areas cleaned and they did a very thorough job with the steaming. The carpet looks great and Id certainly hire them again.
