Of coarse like everyone, we needed a new A/C system installed right away and Cool-R-Us was able to do it the same day our old system broke. Lek the owner came out and did a quick inspection and said he would be back in 1 hr with the new equipment. 1 hr later he arived with all new Trane equipment and started to work on the install himself until his other installers showed up to complete the job. I contacted over 15 diferent A/C companies and they all told me it would be a few days before they could do anything. All in all Lek and his team delivered a professional install and a satisfied customer. I will definetly refer him lots of business.

We called them to come look at our old a/c unit. We set an appointment online and they called within 5 minutes on Sunday to confirm. They showed up ontime for the appointment and recharged the unit and is working great!

Cool-R-Us, Inc submitted a timely quote which was lower on the same equipment than four (4) other A/C contractors. The installation was scheduled and performed in a timely manner. The installation crew was very efficent and answered all questions. The installation crew cleaned up every detail before the left. Warranty paperwork and owner instructions were presented in a file and they even registered the installation with the manufacturer. The owner followed up with a phone call a couple days after the installation to see if everything was working. If I need service, I hope their service is as good as the installation.

He came out on a Sunday and looked over my system (which was dead). He was very courteous and professional and explained all my options. They were out on Tuesday and installed a new Trane system for much less than the competition. I would definitely use him again.

Responded courteously to a late late call on Friday afternoon and were able to work with us on our schedule (had a ball game to get to) to help fix our system without having to come back out over the weekend or Monday. excellent installation time completed within two days including all electrical systems,i will re-use if i had to and would recommend cool-r-us to potential customers.i just needed to be well informed about all the conditions of how the cold weather and by not having my attic insulated will effect the units performance.called them twice to come out to troubleshoot my unit and had to have a some technical advice on how to run my unit properly(need to explain in lay mens terminology).oh by the way i insulated my attic will see next year what happens!

Very good service and competitive prices

Mr. Gjoka, the owner, explained what would be provided in the installation of the central heat and air system. More was provided at substantially lower cost than two competitors. He and his men arrived on time and completed the installation in one day as promised. A very neat worksite was created. He ected and tested the equipment, provided information for its maintenance, programmed the thermostat to my specifications, and provided operating manuals and documentation for a 2010 tax credit. At his request the electrical and mechanical work was inspected by the city inspectors two days after the installation. Both passed. The house is now sufficienly warm during this very cold weather. My wife and I are very pleased.

Lek was very prompt in answering my request and made himself available at my convenience. His assesment was accurate and complete and the proposal was reasonable. He went over all the details and itemized everything that was to be included in the installation. I chose a higher seer rating which made the final cost less than a lower quality unit from the same manufacturer. His crew was right on time and did very professional work. It was much better than the previous company from 11 years ago. It was like stepping back in time 50 years when you could deal with local folks with a strong work ethic. Thanks Lek!

I liked Lek's straight forward approach in explaining what I needed and what he would install. Other contractors I interviewed did not go through the effort of telling me that they were going to replace the copper lines and return ductwork, among other sutff (install an auto shut off valve in the event of flooding, as well as a convenient place to periodically dump bleach to clean out the line). In fact, some of the other contractors suggested that they would only replace existing lines if necessary...and at an additional cost. I paid what Lek quoted. Cool R Us did a good job for a fair price and I would recommend the company to others.
