Absolute Towing

If I could give them negative stars I would. My boyfriend called them for a tow. They stated that they would not come unless he paid for it over the phone first which was 250.00. We paid for it (which we have a bank statement for). We received no paperwork or receipt. The guy came out and hooked the truck up wrong. Got the truck out and dropped it. He could not tow the truck home so we had to leave it there overnight. We called our dealership about this and they got it towed to them. The owner contacted us which is name is Rick(Richard) taking blame since his guy that towed us put significant damage close to 10,000 worth at that to our truck. He stated he fired the guy and then attempted to bribe us with 400.00 stating he would pay that amount for parts. Our dealership has already sent him an itemized list and cost for parts and labor. He refuses to provide his insurance information so we can make a claim. Every time we call his business phone the receptionist is rude, yells, is disrespectful, ignores our calls, or hangs up. We are now having to file a lawsuit against them for the damages they’ve caused. We have reported them to the bbb, as well as the state of florida. The owner has admitted blame. We have pictures and videos of that night. We also have text from the owner trying to bribe us and refusing to provide insurance. DO NOT GO HERE!! DO NOT GET ANY SERVICES FROM THEM!! Run as far away from the company as possible.
