I was forced to give a 1 Star because zero stars is not an option this is the worst company ever. They have been saying their servicing my property on a weekly basis when they have not shown up in the past three weeks the lady in the office named Elizabeth states that the technician uploads pictures, but they must be using the same old picture. I have set up cameras in my property three cameras and the technician does not show up on any. They are liars deceivers and they are just stealing everyones money. Do not believe the five star reviews on this page I think they are just family and friends being forced to write this. Bad customer service when I called and called and somebody finally answered. Her response was well. Let me let you go because I am going into a meeting with them, which is probably another lie.

"Not sure who you are, we do not have your name listed recurring service client. If your account is under someone else’s name let me know and we will address the issue with the Pool Tech that is assigned to service your pool. Please feel free To email us at Ramonbeespoolservice.com it would be of most help when we all called an advised of any issues with our Pool Techs since they are out on the field and we cannot monitor directly if they are not doing the work properly we are also being affected. Thank you"
