Used Beaver's previously on an Angie's Big Deal and they did a great job. I kept waiting for another Big Deal and got the one that was $223 for $400 worth of service. They contacted me within a day or two to set up a time. They responded within the time frame and checked to see what I wanted done: hurricane cuts on two palms, trimmed two ornamentals, cut down one small tree/bush; and thoroughly trimmed my large oak. They worked very quickly with the work and clean-up; were probably done in less than an hour. Very thorough and professional with everything. Will definitely use them again!

They only needed 1 hour to remove both stumps. I'm very pleased with the results and surprised at how quickly they were able to get the job completed.

They were running a special. They came out with 6 to 7 dudes and so it did not take them any time at all and they cleaned up well. They were really quick. They were definitely fast and they were in and out in 20 minutes. It was great service.

They were here promptly did their job quickly. Cleaned up compleylt. They came back the next day to grind the stump two different young mem showed up on time proceeded there job completly too. My husband ask if they could just take the extra roots so he could plant another small tree they did it very cordially. We are very pleased with this companies ethics. Thank you for them being on Angie's list. Oh yes they were having a promotion and saved us a lot of money.

I purchased the Angie's list deal, $400 of work for $223 (this covered raising one of my oaks from the roof & road). I added to this two large oaks to be elevated. Initially this was $500, but later we added $50 to trim a tree in the back that was overhanging the roof. The trees are large (approximately 40-50 ft) and were very dense/overgrown. The crew was on time, clear with the details and kept me informed of their progress. I would say my front yard now looks like another place; it's open and you can actually see the house. Excellent work!

They were very good. They screwed up but they made good on it. They didn't show up and didn't call so I called them and I suspect it was the owner that I spoke with and he was very apologetic and promised to have them out the next day somewhere between 9 and 10 and they showed up just after 9 and the work was done. They also included a piece that I chose not to do just because it cost me more money and they went ahead and took care of that tree for me as well at no cost. They did a pretty good job.

The crew arrived exactly when they were scheduled to at 8:00am. They were very polite and started this enormous job within minutes of arrival. They cut down and trimmed back my Viburnum hedge. It was a very tough job which they completed within a few hours! They put everything in a wood chipper and any leaves that had fallen to the ground were picked up by the crew! I was very, very, satisfied with their work!!!

In the beginning there was a mix up on setting up my appt. I contacted Angie's List and with their help my appt. was set. Beaver Tree Service trimmed my large Oak Tree in the front yard and 2 palm trees. They were on time, and did a professorial job. I plan to use them in the future and recommend their service, they were GREAT.

They are the only tree service that I used from Angie’s List. They were clean and courteous. They were good company to deal with and they were on time.

The guys showed up on time and asked what my concerns were. After discussing two palms that are close to the house and the problem that I was having with ants, they recommended that the ants are nesting in the palms and we should cut them to a hurricane finish, just until we get the ant problem under control. They went to work right away and finished in great time. We just moved to a new home on 1 acre of land with lots of trees. I asked for an estimate for the rest of the property and was pleasantly surprised with their pricing. I plan on getting that done soon. Thanks guys for the great service.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service. Beaver Tree Service also was willing to trim a large tree in our back yard with branches touching our pool enclosure - for an additional price of $200.00. We would definitely contact and .use Beaver Tree Service again.

Company representatives came to give free estimate the day after I called. The tree technicians came a couple of hours later to perform the agreed upon service. They were extremely knowledgeable and did a great job trimming and shaping the tree. They cleaned up and removed all debris.

They arrive3d in the morning with a team of three men and stayed all day working very hard and hauled everything away. They left a small pile I noticed later the next day and called them. They came right back and picked it up. They were very nice and very timeous!

We scheduled the work a couple weeks out after purchasing a "deal". They had confirmed arrival between 9-10 am on a Friday- they never came and no one called or emailed to update or reschedule- then they showed up around 11 am the next day- did the job and left without speaking to us or letting us know they were done- as they went to work on a neighbors tree- The job they did was fine- and cleaned up well- just would have liked better communication.

Highly recommend them for any tree service. The pricing was good and they have the equipment and staff to do the job. They are great to clean up afterwards as well.

Very friendly, knowledgeable crew,. They trimmed, raised up 2 trees that were hanging over my house. Also have large oak tree in my neighbor's yard behind my house that was hanging low over my property line. He had to climb up with ropes to trim the branches. He did a great job getting around high up in the tree. Couple of old wood fence slats broke but were easily fixed. Very minimal damage done in the yard and good clean up. Asked for and they provided truck load of chipped mulch. They also cut up some branches for my fireplace. I used the Angie's 50% off big deal,($200 for $400 worth of work, plus another $200) which motivated me to get this job done. Think I got a good deal but I can't tell if the cost for this work is comparable to other companies since I did not have any other estimates done. I will probably use Beaver tree service again.

They were fantastic and terrific. They even went above and beyond by doing a couple of extra things that I had asked them to do that were not even a part of the deal. Their price was very good. They cleaned up and it didn’t even look like they were here. Once I did the question online I had to call them because it for some reason it didn’t pick up the phone number. They were here in a heartbeat after I call them. They did on the weekend though they wanted to do it on a Monday and Tuesday; I had a doctor’s appointment and wasn’t going to be home. They were supposed to be here between 9:00-10:00am and they were here 10 minutes after 9:00am.

Original deal for tree service was scheduled for 4/9/14 after noon. I waited until about 3 pm to call, as I had not been contacted. The company rep informed me that due to the rain the previous day, they were running behind schedule and would not be able to get to my job that day. I told them I could understand, but wished they had called me when they determined they were not going to get to my job so I would not have to sit around the house waiting. The job was rescheduled for today, 4/14/14, again after noon. I called Beaver's Tree Service at 2 pm to see if everything was OK. I spoke to Jennifer, who told me the crew was enroute to my house. At 4 pm I called again, and was told by Jennifer that the crew had not really been finished with the job when she told me that they were enroute to my house. I was upset because I had not accompanied my wife to an appointment because this tree service job was scheduled. I said I was no longer interested in "The Deal". I called Angie's List and told them: 1. I wanted a refund. 2. I would never do business with a company that had so little respect for the customer. The crew arrived at my house just before 5 pm. I told them the deal had been canceled.

Received notice from provider that they do not service my area. Am attempting to get my $35.00 refunded by Angie's List

I could not be more pleased--these gentlemen knew what they were doing--my trees have never had this kind of grooming and look amazing. They were prompt-fast-did a completely thorough fabulous job. I will use this company many times in the future for my tree and root needs. I could not be happier~

Crew arrived a bit before I expected which was fine. The work was excellent and the cleanup was perfect. The crew worked quickly and completed the job within 3 hours or less. I am very impressed and got estimates from them to do more trimming within 30 days. I think the price for the two trees was more than fair.
