Courteous service. Thorough workmanship. Not as punctual as I would have liked but adequate. Price seemed expensive for the parts and labor needed but I admit was comparable to competing quotes.

I called M&M Irrigation for an estimate to repair a sprinkler valve that won;t shut off. Austin promptly responded and informed me when he was expected to arrive. He discovered a valve that was flooded. He made a number of suggestions to replace all 4 valves but I didn;t think it was necessary as the others were working fine. He replaced the solenoid to the trouble valve and it worked. I got the invoice and thought it was a little overpriced but I didn;t mind and paid because I was happy that the issue was resolved. The next morning I discovered the sprinkler was having issue again. I called and he said it was working yesterday and if he comes out again he will have to charge me cause its a different problem. Then he said he;s booked and can;t come until 5 days later. I had to file a complaint with HomeAdvisor and we were able to resolve the issue. If you know how the irrigation works and don;t mind looking over while the work is being performed, then hire this company.

Prompt courteous service. Very pleasant young man. Kept me informed about price, time to complete job. I was most impressed that he called when he knew he would be a few minutes late arriving. That is just so considerate.

He came right out, was very friendly and professional, and did good work. I think the price was slightly inflated (to be fair I did not get multiple quotes though so maybe it was fair) but otherwise everything was perfect.

The quoted price for the job was increased by 75.00. Some of the job that had been discussed two times were not completed. The work that was done was excellent. Worker was pleasant.

Austen came out to locate and repair a bad sprinkler valve. I was certain I knew where it was buried. His locator kept telling him it was in front of this tree and I was SURE it was on the other side. Long story short - to appease me he spent a long time digging in the location I was SURE it was located and found nothing. I told him he could try digging where the locator said it was and bam! there it was. Needless to say, I felt like an idiot. I guess I'm getting old and can't remember sh*t. He fixed the bad valve quickly and didn't charge me any extra for all the time I caused him to waste. Very professional and I would definitely recommend him and use him again. Next time I'll let him pick where to dig.

Replaced faulty control panel and a couple of sprinkler heads but system was not working properly after repairs and techs could not find cause of the problem. The solution they suggested would not have fixed the issue. I hired another company which found the cause of the problem and repaired the next day
