C&V responded within hours of being informed of our request . 2 other contacts , one took a week to respond and the other never responded ! C&V arrived at our home on time . We had a brief discussion of what our needs were , then they went right to the inspection . When done we discussed what they found , in detail and what our options were .. They had taken many photos and in the same day they provided a detail description of what was needed in a printable email along with the photos , Very efficiently and professionally handled . They found a couple of issues with the home and told me what it would mean for me. Their quote was extremely reasonable and they got the report back to me the same day. Everything they inspected was well documented in writing and with pictures. I would absolutely recommend them.

Charlie explained everything he would do in advance and did not upsell any services I did not need (even when I mistakenly thought I did). He has a construction background, so he recognizes when issues are minor and when they are more serious. He and his wife showed up early and were very thorough. They took photos of everything they found and even contacted the HOA to find out exactly when the roof had been replaced. They were polite and courteous with everyone there -- me, my agent, and the tenant. I highly recommend them for inspections!

My experience with C&V Home Inspection Services was exceptional. I needed a new Wind Mitigation Inspection for my Homeowners Insurance and I feel fortunate that I found C&V through Home Advisor. Charles and Vicki (C&V) exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and excellent customer service. They arrived at our house at the right time, they communicated every aspect of the job very clearly and thoroughly, and they told us to contact them if we had any questions after we received the report, which we received a few hours later!
