Description of Work
I had a problem with ants that was "guaranteed" for three months. The ants kept coming back, yet I was charged $85 each time they came back. What was the point of the guarantee? I dropped them and found a much better service.

Good morning sir, The service we did on October 27 2015 was a onetime service for $95.00 for an ant treatment. The service does come with a 30 day guarantee. We did not receive any calls regarding problems until December 8 2015 stating you ants, silverfish, and spiders. We recommended a complete house treatment at that time. We then came out on December 15 2015 and did a retreatment even though the home was no longer covered. On January 7 2016 we called you to see if you wanted to continue on a monthly basis, and you told us you would call us if you had any problems. Now we received the complaint on March 8 2016. What is it that we can do to solve the issue, from the service we did in October?THERESA M.

Came on the first visit set traps and looked around for holes where animals could of came in. He said he didn't see anywhere they could come in. We had two days of bad storms food was gone from outside trap. No one came to check traps or called. We smelled something on Sunday my husband checked trap in attic and there was a dead rat. We called first thing Monday morning and was told no one could come out to Wednesday. We could not keep that in the attic until Wednesday the smell was horrible. My husband had to go in attic and throw it away. Was very disappointed in that they would not sent someone to take care of that because that is what I paid for. On Wednesday afternoon they sent a new gentleman named Kyle he was very helpful set new traps and found a few holes on roof where they might be coming in and sealed them for us. Kyle helped us catch a few more. Unfortunately Kyle got sick when he was suppose to come back and check traps and we had a difficult time getting someone to come out again. I was told I only paid for animal removal not rat removal. Staff doesn't ' return phone calls. I have a new business and I am very satisfied.

I don't do this very well but I can say that these people were on the ball; they call me quickly and and I got very quick service and extermination visit. I was completely pleased with the man that did the work (Kyle I believe) and I will not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work
We had a problem with rats and squirrels in our attic and garage. Suncoast showed up within a few days and set traps and did some other things that were included in a one year package. The office girl Franny was great. The technician was horrible about showing up on time for his appointments. Sometimes they were completely ignored. We do not live in the house full time and had to pay the lady who watches our house to meet him there. He had suggested putting out 4 bait boxes. After 4 weeks, there are only 2. He never returned to check the last set of traps he set. We had to take care of them ourselves. That has been 3 weeks ago and still have heard nothing from him.

I do apologize for any inconvenience. However, you were scheduled 10/30 for 8AM, he arrived 7:48am. Your follow up was scheduled for 11/03 between 3:30-4:30 and he arrived at 4:06. I believe there were also some problems with scheduling around your housekeeper. Franny offered and gave you 2 Rodent Bait Boxes that were installed on 11/05/15. She gave these to you at no charge to offset any inconvenience. If I can do anything more for you please contact me. It can be difficult when we are training new office staff. John showed up on time and got right to work. Very pleasant and knowledgeable fellow. He was very thorough in his application. I expect to have no more bug problems, but if I do, he will come back and respray.

The initial response was good and prompt. After he explained the fees, the technician climbed on the roof and sealed the couple of entry points he found with steel wire mesh and foam. I was a bit mystified by the fact that he didn't have his own ladder, however. Fortunately, I had a ladder readily available that he was able to use. Next, he took a peek in the attic, but didn't think it necessary to go up and take a look around. All he did was set a trap by the entry point. That accomplished, he told me he would be back for a follow-up, which did happen. Then he scheduled another follow-up, telling me he would bring the 4 rat bait/poison boxes I bought on that visit. The day before the scheduled revisit, the company called and told me the technician would have to reschedule because of "family issues". A week went by with no rescheduling. When I called the company to find out what was going on they told me they would be sending another technician. The new technician did come and did a complete tour of the roof and attic. He also found an entry point the previous guy had missed and sealed it. When I asked him about the bait boxes, however, he didn't seem to know what I was talking about. I showed him the invoice/work order and he called the company to confirm. A couple of days later he showed up with the boxes. On the positive side of the ledger, I haven't seen any evidence of rats since, so, fingers crossed, the treatment seems to have been a success. My conclusion is that the early frustrating experience was the fault of the technician and his personal problems, not the fault of the company. If the second technician hadn't been as conscientious I really would have had a problem.

They always seem to come at the same time. The bills are on the door and I can mail it in or give it to him while he’s here. They're not exceptional but they're not the worst. I’ve been satisfied.

For the first time in over a decade we found some ticks on our dogs (despite their being on flea and tick control). After having scheduled a service appointment, the service technician did not show up at the appointed time. I called, and after some checking, they realized that they had marked the first appointment on the wrong week on their schedule. They apologized and re-booked it for the following Thursday. afternoon. The scheduled day, technician called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled which was fine with me. He was very pleasant and seemed to be very thorough. Following the treatment, we didn't see any more ticks.
