After my initial call where I gave my contact information. I did not get a call back to schedule the estimate. I called 4 times over a ten-day period with no response from this business. Very frustrating.

The whole engagement went very well.  The estimate was done quickly and on schedule, and the final price was the estimated price. They came at the scheduled time, worked quickly, and did an excellent job.  They computer matched the paint color, and the replaced tiles are indistinguishable from the existing ones.  They also cleaned up so well that the area around the house actually looked a little ...

Sales rep was very professional, timely with response to schedule appointment, and even left samples.  We received the estimate about 3-5 days later, but after receiving 3 quotes, their estimate was nearly $2,000 above anyone else.  When I asked about this, he gave reasons such as uniformed employees, work comp insurance, etc.  The company we ended up with also had uniformed employees and work com...
