Herzog & Katanick DOs

My cost per visit is $65.

I scheduled this appointment in September for November 14, 2014.  I am looking to switch providers to someone closer to home, and this is my husband's physician.  So, it took 8 weeks to get the initial appointment.  On November 12, the office called me and said they needed to reschedule the appointment because Dr. Katanick will not be in the office.  I went on ahead and rescheduled for December 3.  On the evening of Dec 2, I got an automated call saying my appointment is with Dr. Seinfeld on Dec 3, not Dr. Katanick.  I am already nervous about switching to a new doctor.  I would rather see the same doctor that my husband is seeing.  I called Dr. Katanick's office to try and reschedule to see Dr. Katanick and not Dr. Seinfeld, and I was told it was $30 to cancel the appointment with Dr. Seinfeld - the one that was made in error by their office.  When I expressed this feeling to the lady on the phone, her response was "Well, Dr. Katanick is no longer seeing new patients."
So, Dr. Katanick is no longer seeing new patients for anyone out there looking at reviews on her services.  She may be a great doctor, but her staff and communication pretty much stinks.

I always have an excellent experience with her. She is very thorough and sits down like we are best friends. She will ask me all kinds of questions. She has me flip my hands over to check for swelling and she will check my glands. She is like an old-fashioned doctor. She is very down to earth and very real. I would use her again. I recommend everyone to her too.

My children now go to her also.

Dr Cindy  Katanick is wonderful, very thorough with  exams , she is kind, great bedside manner and professional she  listens to what you have to say.I am very blessed to have found her , it is hard to find a good doctor and staff. her assistant carrie  is awesome too (very pleasant) and also makes you feel comfortable. ...and  they are on time with their appointments.  what i also liked is that they do bloodwork in their office, you do not have to go   somewhere else to draw your blood.

Overall a very good experience.

She is my primary care doctor and she is great. 

Dr. Katanick is a brilliant diagnostician. She knows exactly what she can do and what would be better to go see a specialist for. I can call her at eight o clock in the morning she can always squeeze me in for an appointment that day. She is just great to work with. There was once when I had to call her on a weekend and she returned my call within forty five minutes. Every time I call she personally returns my phone calls. She treats each and every one of her patients just that well.
