Description of Work: Pros: |They successfully unclogged my toilet using a 6' snake. |Both technicians (one senior and one in training) were friendly and professional. |Cons: |They arrived late and did not call first as promised. No apology received. |Pricelist was requested ahead of time, but denied. |I had several services quoted. All seemed high to me. |

Description of Work: Job was never completed. First 2 visits did not solve the problem and a 3rd was to be scheduled with assurance that simple replacement of a particular part would solve it. Evidently it was overlooked in the first 2 visits. Weeks went by without contact. I finally called and instead of being told of a scheduled visit for final correction, some receptionist advised the plumber would show up with a price quote. I said no thank you and stated that I would never again use this malfunctioning service. |I called another service that arrived the same day, found the source of the problem and resolved it on the spot at minimal charge for the visit!!

Description of Work: Replaced apartments main shutoff valve. Once started, went quickly; used 75% of their estimated time. Pleased with work. Had several reschedules from them, which was a little annoying. They had good communication methods and used them effectively. I think that they were a bit pricey, but have no competitive bids to base that on.

Description of Work: Requested to checked for drainage problem in the bathtub. Plumber do not even have equipment to open the cover for sewer line and have to provide for it. When he suggested to fix the problem and when I declined he said that I have to pay him $39 again which I paid the groupon already. I refused to pay and he talked with his boss and he left.
