Slaughter of a job!!!!!
Description of Work: Needed a diagnosis, was clear this would only be for a diagnosis and not work; gentleman insisted a leak detection would cost a few hundred out of pocket and was clueless what the job would then cost. Because we could do nothing for my shower leak I showed him my faucet that is leaking and he was utterly clueless

I CALLED AND GOT THE ANSWERING MACHINE, LEFT A MESSAGE. WAITED ALL DAY, CALLED AGAIN. I WAS TALKING TO THE MAN THERE AND WE WERE DISCONNECTED. KEPT TRYING TO CALL HIM BACK TO NO AVAIL. I FINALLY GOT AHOLD OF HIM THE NEXT DAY, GAVE THE ADDRESS, PROBLEM, PHONE NUMBER. HE SAID HE WOULD COME OUT THE NEXT DAY AND ALSO CALL ME BACK WHEN HE GOT TO THE OFFICE. HE NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED UP AND AFTER NUMEROUS TIMES OF TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF HIM AGAIN, NOTHING. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
