Description of Work: Nothing. After one initial phone message, scheduling became impossible. The vendor is way to busy to add small jobs like the 75.00 ceiling fan installation. I called four times, no messages were returned. Once the phone was answered the earliest installation dates was two months from my quick deal purchase date. Waiting two months for a 1hr fan installation is not a reasonable time in my view. Vendor was polite but simply very interested in telling me how busy he was and that his small company could not be everywhere. I understood and feel this vendor is a better fit for folks looking to plan months out for large projects.

Description of Work: checked the circuit breaker and a couple of outlets. and said that I need new wiring all through both flats upstairs and down stairs. gave me a verbal estimate of $25,000.00 I asked him for a written estimate but never sent one.

Description of Work: They came and ran around and did a number of things but at the end of it left suddenly after giving me a cryptic hand written list of defects they have noticed. I have not yet received a formal and detailed evaluation based on which I can decide on the next steps. Maybe it is to early to expect that since teh service was performed on March 19 only.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from Quick Electric Service.

Description of Work: The performed a whole house electrical inspection. They replaced a breaker, at no charge, which was not necessary as part of my purchase. The advised me of the problems I have in my house with many outlet having a lack of ground. They also explained to me that one of my breaker panels, which is an outdated Zinsco panel, would need to be replaced. That this was a safety issue in case of electrical spark or issue, the panel would not trip the circuit, and a fire could break out. Also, my smoke/carbon monoxide detectors needed to be replaced and re-set closer to the doors of each room. The handed me a write up of the work that needs performing. They stated they would email me an official quote. They also noticed some cooper piping that I had recently had installed and noticed some issues with the work. They advised me that I should have received a formal permit and a city inspection, both of which I did not receive. I will now go back to the plumbing company to request these, so I can be assured the work was done correctly. Thanks so much for that EXTRA HELPFUL ADVISE.

Description of Work: upgrade to wall sockets and light switches throughout the house. Changed 3 light fixtures and upgraded smoke alarms

Description of Work: Checked outlets for appropriate load levels, advised on GFIs, looked at water heater and furnace systems too. Both men were punctual and careful. It took very little time and gave me some peace of mind that all was just fine.
