It went very well. They were on time and got right to work. They were very professional and personable. They had what was needed to get the job done and cleaned up after finishing. And above all it was a great price.

I first contacted the phillip corp because I the previous company I used was way to expensive and slow. When I called the last told me about a discount for first time customers. who doesn't love discounts. She got me and appointment the same day and within an hour. When mike the tech came he was very polite and professional. It took him about 45 minutes to unclog the toilet which my son threw a paw patrol toy in. But the thing I loved the most was the price it was 120 less then what I paid to the other company. I will definitely be contacting them again for any thing I need fixed. ( I'm quite sure something else will end up in the toilet.)

As you could imagine, water every were, from main line into the tank, and the tank was very old(91). Second, time utilizing this company, they were on time, access the problem, presented the price, the gentleman was professional, clean, did a fabulous job, replaced the heater, i recommend them and will continue to utilize for any additional issues. The tech was perfect, I asked questions he had answers he didn’t seam irritated with me when asking questions. The clog was stubborn he did not have all of his tools with him, but the did not stop him from success. He said “I will not let this win” sure enough no matter what was thrown at him he overcame the clog! I will hire again!! Thanks for the help

They came out at 5 pm, on a Thursday as I requested. They gave me a discount for being an Angie's list member and did the work that Evening. We paid 550.00 and these guys did quality work and didn't make me wait two weeks to get it done. I would highly recommend this company.

They were professional, courteous, and prompt. They were able to resolve our issue quickly even though it was more complex than we originally thought. It went very well. The two gentlemen who came to my house were very respectful and nice. They had the job done in less than 10 minutes! I have recommended them to family and friends, I plan on using them again if needed!

I called Sunday night and my call was promptly returned. She said that she would send out a plumber first thing on Monday morning which was Memorial Day! They were here and completed the repair by 8:00 am. I felt the cost was very fair especially for a holiday.
