Great experience. They did a great job shaving my rescued Chow mix. He usually doesn't like the groomers but he liked them. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

The grooming salon is bright, clean and cheerful as was Barb's greeting. When I picked up my Golden, Jack, approximately 3 1/2 hours later, he was perfect! His normally thick coat had been perfectly trimmed and brushed - his undercoat was laboriously brushed and thinned. I was very impressed. And pleased, of course, when one of Barb's assistants, Jamie told me what a wonderful dog Jack is! Perfect Pets will be my go-to grommer from now on.

This is my 2nd time at Perfect Pets. I was a little nervous the first time I brought Katie but it worked out fine. My visit on 6/12/14 was the 2nd visit. They do a very nice job with the dog and are very caring people. One thing that I particularly like is that they remove the ear hair without being asked as well as expressing the anal glands. These are two things that my previous groomer would not do and are important in this breed. I am very satisfied with Perfect Pets and will be bring Katie there in the future. Price-wise they are competitive with other groomers in the area. The charge was $35.00 less a $3.00 coupon. On my first visit I received a $10.00 discount as a first time customer.

They are very good. They are very accommodating and do a nice job. My dog is not scared of them, so, it comes out smelling good. It is a really nice operation and the price is right.

I have been coming to this shop for six years, starting with the previous owner who moved to a location closer to her home. I continued on with the new owners, Barb and Larry O'Brien, with a bit of apprehension as my dogs absolutely loved the previous owner. They STILL love going to the shop and they both look better than ever. I highly recommend Perfect Pets to everyone.
