I called Fixgenix to get as assistance as my refrigerator stopped getting cold and making ice. Harry came the same day and he was very knowlegeble. He gave me and estimate for repair and what he could do. Even though he said he could fix it the parts and labor, was as much as if I chose to buy one. My refrigerator warranty had expired and it would of cost me as much as buying a new one and would have to have waited for parts. I had food spoilage and couldn't wait. Harry was very kind in explaining how to deal with my problem. I did pay a service fee for him to look at it, but I have no regrets he was worth having him make an emergency service call . great customer service.
