The installers arrived early and ready to go. They were pleasant and were extremely careful to protect my furniture where they were working. I liked that they asked me if I had any concerns before they started and we walked thru the workspace. Would definitely recommend them.

**Updated review** Please read carefully as I realized this process has been handled so poorly that my family has now missed out on 10k tax credit/grant due to being misled. In my initial review, I stated how seemingly effortless this process has been, and I thought all ducks were in a row. My concerns began to arise when I kept following up on how I obtained the tax certificate that the sales person discussed repeatedly during the sales pitch and kept getting the run around. Eventually finally after I mentioned for umpteenth time, they sent me to an individual who handled that, but it seemed as if something was a miss. They sent me to the myFlsafehome program after the fact, of course making my family ineligible for the program but here is the kicker my family would have never been eligible for the program because we had shutters prior to installing 53k worth of doors and windows. I reached out to management in hopes of resolution, but they state they find it hard to believe that the salesperson *who is no longer with the company * would mention any tax/grant program as a selling point. However, the state inspectors who came from FL safe program said I am not the first case of this they have heard. So, I'll be filing an official complaint with the state and the BBB. *** **Beware of all the facts especially those of you in Florida if this company mentions any tax credits as selling point ** I was amazed at how seemless the process has been, they handle ensuring the proper documentation was submitted to the HOA in a timely manner. Sales team was friendly and knowledgeable (Andrew). The team that did the actual install was fast friendly professional and they worked Friday Saturday and Sunday to ensure this was completed very quickly. I'll add more photos once clean up and detailing is completed but love the color of my front door it came out perfect.

We did a whole house window and door replacement. The entire process was smooth. The entire process from ordering, to installation was top notch with great communication at each step. The entire crew from Rafael ourn ale guy, Andrew the project manager and all the installers were . the ultimate professionals. We would highly recommend LockTight for any of your window and door needs.

The work was done in a timely manner, communication was ok. had a few issues but after speaking to Kevin and Kenneth the issues are being resolve. My tenants did not complain about any dust or damage to furniture.

Great experience, got 3 windows installed, 2 sliding doors and 1 casement window. Very professional employees, Austin won me over with his sales pitch and had the lowest pricing out of the 3 I had quoted. Installation only took 1 day and the installers cleaned up everything before they left. Would definitely recommend

After talking to a few companies I felt this was the best fit for my project and budget. Product arrived 2 weeks ahead of schedule and was lucky to get it installed immediately. The install crew that work on my project was professional, quick and I was happy to see they were very detailed oriented and careful with property. Any job like this comes with lots of dust and they tried their best to keep it as minimal as possible and cleaned up great. I do not have the name of the crew but I am thankful to the team. Communication after placing order and measurements can improve in order to schedule time off. So far noise and heat reduction have been great, I hope the same with storm safety.

I have been very impressed with the service I have received to date. The company is very communicative and keeps you up to date on timelines and what is happening. Today is install day and everything was covered up in the house before they started working. I would highly recommend using Lock Tight when you need new windows and doors!

Locktight has provided me great quality of windows and doors, I did have to wait an extended period to receive my order but learned later this was normal, they fulfilled my concerns of time frame, missing pieces, and appointments. Thank you to Don, Kenneth and team!

Project started today. The installation crew showed up on time and as promised covered everything. When they were using the grinder they followed it along with the dry vac to keep the dust down to a minimum. Will update this review upon completion.

Everyone we've dealt with have been very professional and courteous. They've kept us posted every step of the way, so no surprises. Every surface inside the house was covered to minimize dust as much as possible. Work is almost complete and so far looks very good.
