They did an excellent job. Very fast and competed on time as promised. The quality is very good. They Covered our furniture and cleaned afterward. They have very good customer service. We went gone there warehouse and they were very welcoming to show us the material and went over our all questions and concerns in detail before the contract. Big thanks to the Lock Tight team.

I highly recommend LockTight Impact Windows. Our salesman Arnie was incredible. He was well educated on all the products offers and how they compare to other companies products. Arnie was prompt and very pleasant, polite, and professional. He gave us excellent recommendations for our home regarding different styles and colors. The pricing was very comparable and came in under the other estimates we received. Our home has over 31 windows including 3 oversized sliding glass doors, double front doors/garage side doors and our front door and garage door. We had accordion shutters that needed to be removed and hauled off our property which LockTight took care of. I work from home and have 2 dogs and could not take time off from work or go anywhere during the installation; I had to be in the home during the entire process. Our last home before this house, we had windows installed and I was not that fortunate and had a terrible experience with that company all the way around. I asked Arnie if he could confirm that his company would be able to do the installation professionally using all techniques to ensure they were clean and careful as well of the floors and furniture. Arnie assured me they would be able to commit to that and get the job done right while also being thorough, clean, respectful, etc. He assured us that even though we had many windows, doors, and work to be done and that the job was larger than the average job, that he would personally make sure that we were taken care of. He let us know they have an incredible team of installers and that we would not be disappointed. I scheduled the work to be done for a Thursday-Saturday (they do not work on Sundayâ s) and was told that it was possible it could roll over until Monday or Tuesday of the next week (3-5 days maximum) in order to finish the job and to be 100% sure we were accounting for extra time in the event there was any delays due to possible inclement weather since we live in South Florida. Terry from the office called me the week before installation and went over the process and what we needed to do to prepare for the work (moving furniture approximately 2-5 feet away from all windows). She was also very polite, professional, and accurate and assured me that the company would make sure everything was done right and in a timely fashion and that although I had to be in the home, they would work around me as best as possible and make it easy for me, which they did! She mentioned she had all the notes from when we purchased the windows from Arnie and that he noted all my concerns and promises made to me. I was also assured that Billy (Project Manager/Foreman) would be on site to ensure the team of installers were working efficiently the entire time they were here, and he was! The entire crew showed up promptly (earlier than scheduled) on Thursday morning (7:40 AM) and ready to work! They began working immediately by prepping the house and closing off section, covering all the furnishings, tables, taping off parts of the floor with a protectant cover for them to walk on to protect from any possible damage. Every single installer and Billy was extremely professional, clean, and polite the entire time they were here. We ordered lunch for the crew as a small gesture for our appreciation. At no point did anyone stop working and honestly, they all worked through lunch. On day 1, they had completed more than 75% of the house by 5pm. When they left, they cleaned up all the mess/debris inside/outside. The 2nd day they showed up again early and got right to the work. They completed our house In 2 days! I was astonished and very grateful for the entire crew from Arnie (sales), Terry (office), Billy (Project Mgr.) and the entire installation crew! Thank you!
