We're currently in the process of getting our windows installed. The guys are very knowledgable. They took time to cover our furniture to protect from dust and work efficiently and fast. There was almost no dust when they cleaned up for the day. Im glad I went with this company.

Overall, I had a great experience with lock tight, starting with Ricky, when he came to the house we sat down and explained the whole process thoroughly. Everything went smooth with the installation team, they are very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

From start to finish everything they said was honest and on point. I had 3 different window companies come out and give me a price. I went with Lock Tight. Timelines and expectations were all dead on. From the day I ordered the windows to installation was about 2 months. Bill won me over with sales and Ken the director of opps who oversees the project manager was always available with any questions. My windows and sliders were installed within 2 days and I couldn't be happier. Our home is basically soundproof. My dogs can't even hear the mailman or UPS dropping off packages.
