"I am sorry that you are dissatisfied with our pricing. Our technician was out at your home for 1 hour of service. Our usual rate is $65 for the first 15 min of service and $45 per every half hour after that. You were charged $99 rather than $110. It is our commitment to make sure that every customer is satisfied with the work we preform but we do have to charge for those services rendered."
