Russel, the electrician was prompt, and very professional. Was very pleasant and would recommend him to anyone!

The technicians were nice and gave detailed explanations of what they were doing. I will need to follow up with them because they chipped a tile while working, but I am not sure that they noticed this, as the chip is in an area that is not that noticeable. I will update this review after I contact them about the broken tile.

The price was at least 3 times what we were quoted by another electrician that did the work. When I brought this to the owners attention he stated that he had plenty of work and that was his price. This was an unacceptable answer and we will be asking for a refund from Angie's List on this Contractor since NO WORK was performed nor will be performed by this contractor.

And I never heard from them. I called and left messages and no one ever got back to me. So i contacted Angie's list to get this refunded for another big deal provider who would help me.

They were very efficient. Their was a little confusion to where the work was to be done but the technicians Russell and Frank were extremely professional and I was very pleased with their work.

A great experience. Prompt, friendly, professional. Cleaned up afterwards. I live in an old house that constantly needs repairs. This was one of the best service experiences I've had in 15 years. Highly recommended. Would not hesitate to use again.

It was neither good nor bad, it was just fine. They just quoted me another price for another job I needed to do there and I thought it was extremely high, I called another company and they did it for a fraction of the cost.

They contacted me within 1 day to schedule an appointment. They were scheduled to arrive at 8am. The electrician arrived early and waited until 8:00 AM sharp to knock on my door. While they were there, i decided to purchase two additional lights for them to install at additional cost. They did great work!

They were great. Called right away to set up an appointment. I messed up the address in my profile and they ended up at my work location. It was my fault, but the were very gracious. It was an extra 45 minute drive for them. The technician arrived and I explained what I wanted done. It included removing some old track lighting. They did a great job and he even patched the hole that the track light left. He did a few other thing for me and the price was very reasonable. I would use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. It was fine.

Technician was over 1 hour late getting to my house. There was no call from the company saying he was running late. I called to inquire where he was and was told that he did not have all the necessary materials to complete the job so he was stopping to get them before coming to my home. My appointment was at 8:00 and he arrived at 9:40. He was very good once he arrived and finished the job in a very quick time which I greatly appreciated. Everything is working great and we are very happy with the lights.

It went well. They were able to work with tha date that I requested. The electrician arrived at my house on time. We discussed where that lights should be located and he gave me his advice as to the spacing of the lights. He cut the circles in the ceiling, installed the lights, routed the wires in the attic and installed the dimmer switch. They looked great. He was very professional .
