The metal roof of my mobile home was damaged by Hurricane Milton. The Parlament workers gave me a new roof within a day. I didn't even need to leave my mobile home. Rubber roofs seem to be the way to go. The new roof improved the appearance of my home, and my neighbor told me that none of the rubber roofs in the Sarasota area suffered damage during Hurricanes Helene and Milton. FEMA covered about half the cost, but just as the Parlament representative told me, it's best to get the roof fixed first and then file the claim.

Service was prompt, and original tech was detailed and answered all our questions. Joseph was very helpful during install, he kept us informed and sent pictures every step of the roof installation to keep us updated. Scheduled work within days. Installers showed up early and got right to work. Very impressed and highly recommend to anyone that needs fast and quality work!!!!

Did a nice job on my Mothers roof. They needlessly and carelessly destroyed her tv antenna. They said they would repair it. Then said they would pay to have it replaced. I sent the invoice 30 days ago and have made inquiries. So far no response. Because of this they get three stars instead of five.

I received a post card in the mail that was offering us $500.00 off the roofing. Iâ ve called and left message that night. The very next morning I received a call and scheduled my in home appointment which was quick and easy. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. Within the next few days they were installing my roof. Everyone was professional and wore there mask for protection due to COVID. We are happy with the service and the product. I would definitely recommend Parlament Roofing to my friends and family.

Refused to honor contract , acted in an unprofessional manner. Refused to return my deposit even after proving proof it had cleared my bank account.
