Alex has been my go-to guy for all things AC for years at several of my properties. Always responsive, always honest and helpful. Prices are always reasonable and there is never any unnecessary work that some other guys suggested I do. Several times Alex resolved issues over the phone without coming out or charging.

I cannot begin to tell you how important it is that you heed my warning. I hired Kevin to install a new a/c unit back in August. He told me that if I paid an additional $150 he would pull the permit. I verified with him that the permit would be pulled before starting the work, he stated it was, and I believed him. Fast forward to today, we have had dozens of text messages, phone calls, pleading and still no permit. I called the building department only to find he was not even licensed in my county at the time of the install. It is against the law to have work performed without a permit, search the web and you will see how many people have gotten taken by this person. I was stupid and naïve, don't let this happen to you.

UPDATE to original review: on June 29 Aire Solutions returned to complete the ductwork (original job date May 20). Job is now complete per contract. Took much longer than anticipated, but quality of work is acceptable.

Price was good, but service was poor. Installed units on initial visit, but were unable to compete the contracted job as Kevin stated he didn’t have the correct ductwork size (10” vs 8”). Stated they would return within 1 week to complete job. I took him for his word and paid the job in full. Turns out it was a mistake. Multiple communications over the following month were met with missed appointments and eventually contractor simply stopped responding, effectively bailing on contract without competing agreed upon work. The ductwork to my daughter’s room is still not completed (but is paid for) and her room is blistering hot.

The person who is leaving this review (Denise), DOES NOT EVEN LIVE AT THIS ADDRESS. The truth is she referred us to the family (Sanchez Family) that actually DOES LIVE AT THIS ADDRESS. What is happening here, Denise, had a "friendship" (for lack of a better word/phrase) with one of our partners and it went South. So being vindictive, she is posting reviews that are not true about our company. We welcome the Sanchez Family to contact us directly if there is a problem - but they have not as here is no problem. If there is a problem with the actual work that was done (which was diagnose both Carrier Heat Pump Systems and specifically troubleshoot the problem with the upstairs Heat Pump) - specifically the problem found was a faulty motherboard on the upstairs Heat Pump condenser. So again we welcome the Sanchez family to call us directly if they are not happy with us.Torey L.
