Description of Work: Every year for about 15 years we have a tune up and the mechanics are always very polite and on time when we needed a new air conditioner ecm was right there and And finished th job that day through the years we've needed repairs on our dishwasher, stove, and a couple light switches ecm is really good at taking care of the job.

+ 1 moreThe installation service people the ECM sent to install the A/C unit were not only pleasant, but very professional. They were at my condo all day and they were a pleasure. Also, when the person from the city came to close out the permit, he told me that ECM does the best work and he has always passed their work. What a great feeling.....

Description of Work: ECM has been great for us. This is the 2nd year with them and already did replace our ice maker we also replaced our AC we upgraded that since we bought the house. The techs are great and get the job done and fast. They are very accommodating with work schedules to either make a early morning 1st appt or Saturday. When we need them they are always there and thank you.

They came the next day, old unit removed, old compressor and new removed and lifted to roof of condo by crane went efficiently with pleasant workmen. A small area around the internal vent was damaged and inspector came and waiting to have repaired. Unit works well since it was installed this week.

I live in a condo and they communicated with the management company on access details (Compressor is on the roof), scheduling, etc. They also handled all permits. They arrived on time and worked efficiently until completed. It's two weeks after install now and I have had no issues. I feel confident in ECM and will use them again for household repairs.

I am very pleased with every call I have had with ECM, for appliances, air conditioner, plumbing! I would highly recommend them. The Customer Service and management are excellent.
Description of Work: My stove turned on by itself and I could not turn off. I had to throw the circuit breakers. I called ECM they came out same day. The service person disconnected the stove, and is ordering part. I am trilled with the service of ECM.
