We Move On Demand

I used Angie's List to find the top 3 movers in the area and contacted each. I was impressed by the responsiveness by Arthur and We Move On Demand. Of the movers I called, he was the only one to come out and do a site survey and talk me through what move options were available to me. He visited my house, gave a very professional estimate, and addressed my concerns for the move. I have quite a few curio and china cabinets, rose wood dinning table, etc, that I was concerned with getting damaged in the move. Arthur showed me pictures of how they wrap EVERYTHING for a move, and that satisfied my questions. Overall comments: - Showed up on time. - Professional and motivated crew. - Took excellent care of my furniture and china (nothing, I mean NOTHING broken). I have moved 13 times in the last 25 years in the military, this was a first (then again you get what you pay for, and We Move on Demand delivered!). - Flatscreen TVs. Did a great job wrapping up each, labeling them, and making sure they got from house to house in good order with no damage. - Came prepared to move us. Arthur scheduled five guys for my move, they had an abundant supply of furniture pads, and they used them liberally to make sure that all my furniture was covered and then wrapped for the move. - Disassembly and setup. With some mover I have had in the past, they disassemble furniture/tables, and at the far end can't find the parts, or try and leave with out setting it up. Not this case. Arthur's team knew what they were doing, disassembled my beds, tables and took all the breakable glass out of my china/curio cabinets and reassembled at the other end with no prompting from me (no parts missing, no confusion either! they knew what they were doing!). - Finished the move early, but they weren't in a rush to leave. They were very professional and wanted to make sure they had everything done to our satisfaction before they left. A great group of movers. I would strongly recommend this company for anyone looking for a professional moving team. I probably could have found another company that was more inexpensive, but I wouldn't have found a company that took as good of care of my furniture and that was as professional. Excellent moving experience. I have had the displeasure of moving on several occasions, and We Move On Demand made this move the easiest of all of them. They movers were considerate, they were punctual, and most importantly, they got the job done well. The price was extremely competitive, far cheaper than some of the other moving companies you hear advertisements from. I strongly recommend Arthur and his team of qualified and experienced movers for your move.

From the outset, Arthur was professional and courteous. We set an appointment for him come and evaluate what was needed for the move. We then agreed on the price and set a move date. On the date of the move the two gentlemen (Eduardo and Omar) showed up on time, ready to work. I must note here that these two guys worked like 10 men. We had a lot of heavy bedroom furniture and they handled it with care. All furniture was wrapped so as not to be damaged and what previously took 2-3 hours for me and few friends to do, took them 1 hour. The move was only a 30 minute drive so they followed us to the destination. Upon arrival, they unpacked in about half the time and even set up the master bed. Overall very impressed with their customer service. I am in the customer service industry, and these guys "get it".

Things were broken. I was ripped off. It took about six hours longer than it should have taken.

I could not say enough nice things about Arthur and Eduardo. This is the 5th time I have used them and they are beyond great! They are honest, reliable and extremely fair. I would never think of using someone else. Thank you.

Everything was fantastic. Arthur's quote was so accurate it was scary (he estimated 180 boxes and we packed 183!). The moving teams were prompt, professional, and handled every detail as we requested. We were delighted with this move. It was without doubt the best we've ever had.

Arthur himself came to give us the quote for our move, and we quickly felt very confident that he was the with right choice to help us move house. On the day that all of our belongings were packed up, we were very happy with the workers. It seemed that everyone was taking great care with our possessions. It took all day to pack up our condo, and additional workers arrived throughout the day to assist with the task. The moving truck arrived on time at our new house the next day, and Valdir and Pedro did a wonderful job of unloading the truck. Valdir was also one of the men who had packed up our house the previous day. He took enormous care with our things, even going as far as to wrap each of my candles individually! There were only a few minor issues. The last item to come off the truck was our glass-topped dining table and unfortunately the glass piece was accidentally shattered when it was brought into the house. As we unpacked our boxes over the next few days we found that a number of them had been poorly packed, with items just thrown into the box, resulting in damage to some precious items. The items in these boxes had all come from the same room in our old house, so it seemed to be the work of just one person. Everything else was packed beautifully, especially our delicate china and glassware. Arthur resolved both of these issues for us. We were reimbursed for the dining table glass, and he assured us that he would be speaking to the person who had packed the boxes with damaged items. We were happy with this result, and we really appreciated Arthur working with us to come up with a fair price for the new dining table. Sometimes it took Arthur a little longer than we would have liked to reply to e-mails, but he always answered his phone very quickly and was respectful and fair to us. Overall we were happy with Arthur and his moving services.

Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful. Our movers were fantastic they came to my home packed up all of my furniture with care and all of my boxes. Was very impressed at the professionalism in all three movers. Arrived at my new home as stated in our contract the next day. Movers were efficient, more than generous when I asked them to remove the over sized couch from my living room and put it in the garage. I would hire them again. Great company to work with

Excellent. They were on time. They were very careful with wrapping and moving everything. Nothing was damaged. They were totally professional and extremely pleasant. I would definitely use them again. Best mover I have ever used!

The name of company we used was We Move On Demand. They were great. They were very careful handling our belongings but worked very fast. They were very professional and friendly. Very good value for the money as well. I'd definitely use them again and would recommend them to my friends.

Did a good pre-move survey, took pictures and submitted a timely bid. Competitors fell short in this area. All work was completed in one day, which was astounding. They underestimated the time to pack and load, and finished unloading at 9:00 P.M. The 6 man crew worked hard, and were nice guys. The price charged was less then expected.

My house sold quickly, and the buyers wanted possession within two weeks. Panic set in and Arthur showed up, looked everything over and set my mind at ease. No problem moving the contents of my home to THREE different locations in Miami! No other company would take the job. Arthur assured me the movers would be able to do the job, and they did it within the time allotted. I regret that I didn't take advantage of the packing service. It would have made things easier. The movers showed up about 15 minutes early, but they called first. I explained that items were separated and to be loaded for delivery to three locations. No problem. They took good care to wrap all the furniture, pack it tightly and fit everything in. It took ten hours, but they did it and were even able at the last minute to return some things to their storage facility in Boca Raton (which I might add is very nice). A fourth stop. I'm very grateful to Move on Demand and their team and recommend them without hesitation.

I was less than happy with them. They were very late and they didn?t do a good job. There were several items that got broken in the middle. It was not a good experience. They didn?t charge me more than the $228 big that I purchased but they only worked for fours. They were late and I had to call them to ask where they were. It was really a poor service and poor quality work.

Don't waste your time calling anyone else, We Move on Demand is AWESOME and will take great care of you. Pick up the phone and call Arthur Yale. After meeting with several moving companies we selected We Move on Demand because (1) they had great reviews on Angie's List, (2) were extremely responsive to a request for quote, showing up on time, (3) demonstrated they could handle our move to our picky expectations, wrapping all our belongings, large pictures, TV's, etc., and lastly (4) would do the job for a fair and competitive price. We had to reschedule our move date twice which was not ideal and Arthur was able to make it work for us. On move out day, the crew arrived promptly and took great care in wrapping all our furniture and items. They packed the truck and arrived promptly the next morning at our new house.. Again, the guys took great care in unloading all our stuff and were extremely nice. Thank you Eduardo, Pedro, Brian, Josh and Omar! We appreciate everything you did to make our move smooth. We highly recommend We Move on Demand. I repeat, don't waste your time calling anyone else. We Move on Demand was fantastic! Thanks again!

Arthur is the best. He answers his phone promptly and is always courteous. His quote was accurate and the price was competitive. We had to reschedule our move at the last minute because the contractor did not have our new home ready on our original move in date. We called Arthur the night before the move to let him know and he was awesome! He rescheduled our move to his next open slot. On move day 4 men showed up on time and got right to work. They were professional and quick but very careful with our property. They moved our 3 bedroom home to our new home in less than 6 hours! Very happy and pleased with this company. I have referred several friends to Arthur since our move.

They had 7 or 8 strong and courteous men working hard to load the trucks as quickly as possible. They packed and disassembled items as needed and reassembled them when we got to our new home. They were very careful with our things and with the walls and floors of the houses. I trust them and would recommend them.

I must admit that my move, although not large, provided a challenge for the movers but Arthur and his team were undaunted. For various reasons, a great deal of the furniture and other items in my 2BR home and garage were not going with me to the new location. So for estimating and on moving day, it was necessary for me to point out item by item what was to be packed and what was to be moved. Because of my own schedule I knew I would not get everything packed by the move. Accordingly we agreed on a flat price to include packing specific items, the kitchen and anything else I didn't get packed. Based on visits and estimates from other movers, I believe it was a fair price. Due to a delayed closing on another job they were late arriving but sent extra men at no extra cost to make up lost time. The guys were great - friendly, polite and efficient. They wasted no time, worked as a great team and were careful with my furniture and possessions.

They were an hour and half late. I had to call to ask why they hadn't arrived. Responsewas...we got a late start.

They messed up the appointment so we had to scrammle to make it work. Their information tracking and appointment confirmation wasn't good. They tried to fix and we got the job done but it was way more complicated than it needed to be

It went very well. They did a nice job. They were very careful. A lot of lifting, and were careful, and polite. I would recommend.

I was very apprehensive about hiring a moving company. I hired another Angie's list recommended mover a couple of years ago and I had a horrible experience. I also thought this move was complicated as I had some belonging going into a temporary residence and some items going into storage until my new home was constructed. Arthur put my mind at ease and gave me options on how he could prepare/protect my furniture and the cost. The crew showed up on time and were very efficient and professional. They new what they were doing! They wrapped every inch of every piece of furniture in moving pads and covered every piece of glass with mirror boxes on top of that. They also wrote on the tape what was under the moving pad so in nine months, I will know where to have them place it before it is unwrapped. I was so impressed and will not hesitate to call them back to handle my next move when my new home is completed.

The owner Arthur gave us the best price. His guys arrived on time and promptly loaded the truck. They wrapped a lot of the furniture. They delivered most of the furniture and boxes to the first apartment , placed the big pieces where we wanted and placed boxes where they were told. The guys were clean, polite and helpful. There next stop was another apartment where they completed the job. The guys were so pleasant to deal with and were so very nice. I highly recommend We Move On Demand! Excellent experience!

Went great. Arthur gave me a flat rate. Four guys showed up promptly and did both moves on the same day. They didn't even blink when faced with six flights of stairs and a couch to big for the elevator.

These guys are crooks! Make sure: 1) They don't charge for use of there truck typically $150/Day. This is purely getting ripped off. 2) Don't let then charge you for a certificate of insurance as they do not pay $150.00 that they will charge you for it. When the owner Authur tells you he pays for it tell him to provide a paid bill from the insurance company. He will not be able to do so. 3) Make sure you are not charged for travel time, lunch breaks,etc and closely watch the hours worked as they pad the bill. Arthur Yale the senior partner is a seasoned operater who will use Every trick in the book to over charge you or add on extras. He will charge $150.00 a day for use of his truck and A $150 for a certificate Of insurance that costs him nothing. If you are on an hourly rate, Record the hours worked minus lunch or breaks. Have them sign off On the time they got to your home and finished. If you have A small job and being charged by the hour be aware of the men Milking the job for extra hours. Make sure there is no charge for travel time. Buy your supplies at Home Depot. Great inexpensive Reinforced boxes much cheaper then the mover. Ask the mover for a material list prior to signing a contract. Purchase material for move from Chris Laffe a wholesale Mover material company in South Florida who even delivers. Make sure you have this company put in writing that there Will not be any additional charges unless agreed in writing Prior to the move. And always pay with a credit Card so You can dispute the charge. I would expect the owner Aurthur Yale to come up with a Blatant lie response but that's what he's best at! Be cautious! UPDATE 2-26-16As I stated below in my original posting Mr. Yale owner of We Move on Demand would blatantly lie about his attempts to rip me off.. Mr. Yale neglects to mention that I purchased 300 blankets at $7.00 a blanket, 1/2 the cost that he was asking. I ask what's wrong with saving thousands of dollars on shipping material. Although a mover is entitled to make a profit in this case he increased the supply cost by thousands of dollars. When I was over charged about 10 hours on my 2 week move I challenged Mr Yales partner and informed him I would deduct $2.00 in tip money for ever dollar I was overcharged on the padded hours. The next day Edwardo Mr. Yales partner presented me with a reduced bill deducting the $1500 in over billed time. When I asked Edwardo why he tried to rip me off he stated Aurther Yale told him to do it. This conversation was recorded on my Dropcam security cameras. I caution Mr. Yale in his defense as this video can be posted on Yube Tube.Since Edwardo and the 3 additional men did a decent job I tipped them $2,000, the largest tip they ever received. Mr. Yale's deception in the below response neglects to inform you that he takes and keeps your credit card on file to charge you. He requires you to fill out a SIGNED credit card authorization form that allows him to charge you at will unless you don't allow him to do so. Mr. Yale does not pay $150.00 for a certificate of insurance nor did I ever call his insurance company another lie. Make him produce an invoice from his insurance company for the $150.00 charge for your job he will not be able to comply as was the case when I asked for it.. This is a padded charge to inflate your bill. If Mr Yale supplies the bill of lading signed by me it will clearly show the deduction that his partner Edwardo made for over charged hours and a revised total invoice. Liars can figure, however figures don't lie!!!!!1 He is not to be trusted as he is a crook as sly as a fox!
