Theo called to let us know his arrival time and he got right to work setting up and explaining the process. He did his job and told us what to expect afterwards. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of service. Save me lots of time and money. Great way to refresh the bathroom to prep the house to sell. Thank you so very much!!!!

The materials used for the refinishing requires restrictions in cleaning and started peeling after about 3 months. I did not know about the restrictions and only found out after the job was done.

They were on time and did a great job the price was given up front no hidden charges - very good

The worker that came to my home did not speak much English so it was a bit frustrating trying to communicate with him at times. He also scraped the paint off of my door which now has to be repainted, but I do understand that these things happen. Overall I am extremely pleased with the quality of the job and price.

I absolutely love my kitchen cabinets the before and after are amazing. The Tech they sent (Carlos) is wonderful, I would definitely recommend this company

Very friendly and fast. Had tub refinished. A sub contractor came and did the work. Not quite sure the glaze is as smooth as it should. It is a little waved but is only noticeable if you look very closely and it looks ten times better than it did. I have not called them back to see if it should smoother so I can't comment on follow up service. I would hire them again.

When the technician finished the resurfacing it looked really nice. It wasn't until I went to clean the tub a week later that I noticed that the finished had dripped on the inside of the tub (the opposite side of you view as you look at the tub standing in front of it) and on the other side of the handle that you flip up/down to either let the tub fill or drain. Had I noticed it when the technician was there, I would have said something. Also, another reviewer mentioned that the warranty is voided unless you clean the tub a certain way - this was NEVER mentioned by either the person making the appointment, nor the technician, and the I never received any paperwork mentioning this.

Job was scheduled quickly and estimate provided on the spot after texting the picture. Only one tiny spot on the tub that might have been covered better but hard to tell initially.

Refinished a bath tub and turned out like new. They offer a 2 year warranty which is nice as well.

Everything was done with professionalism. From the quote to the follow up to the clean up. Ronnie and Theo were fantastic. Thank you both. My shower stall looks brand new.

Artistic Refinishing Inc. came in, refinished a tub in a house I was selling and it looked like new. I was thrilled with their work.

I needed the tub in a rental house refinished immediately so we could move in, and they came out the next day. The work was done in about 3 hours, and looks like new. Cleanup could have been a bit better, but otherwise really wonderful from beginning to end.

I scheduled this company to repaint two tubs - porcelain and roman tub. I found better pricing and "Al" the owner agreed to match it. The employees showed up late. Left paint on my floor, baseboard of my cabinets and somehow rubbed the finish off of my cabinets. The fixtures have paint all over. They pushed a screen out of my window and, not only did not put it back, but broke the clips off of it (found them laying on the ground). I had to get this fixed. One of the workers told me the tank lid to my toilet was a different color than the tank and he would paint it for $20. I agreed. Later, looking at it in the light, it was the correct color originally, he painted it the wrong color!!!! The office advised me they would send someone who specializes in wood cabinets to perform the repairs. Someone was schedule for the morning a week later to correct this. Nobody showed up. I called "Al's" cell phone that morning and left a message. At 6 pm the original painter called and left a message that he was ten minutes away. This was after the office told me they would send someone who specializes in cabinets. My floors still have the paint on them, my fixtures still have paint all over. I will need to find someone to fix their mistakes. I am not happy and will not use the company again.
