This company got me in at the very last minute. They showed up on time, completed the projects, cleaned up, and were out the door before the end of the day. Everything looks great, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I hired this company from HomeAdvisor and artistic refinishing responded. Office staff was very helpful. Answered all my questions. After booking technician showed up on time after a 30-minute courtesy call. Just the work is very professionally very clean left me very satisfied with my refinished 30 year old bathrooms that were pink and blue. Instead of the expense of remodeling the refinish job completely renovated my bathrooms without spending a small fortune

We had a bathtub that looked dirty since we purchased the house. Didn’t know what to do about it but after going on Home Advisor we found Artistic Refinishing and hired them to regulate the tub. They were friendly when she called us and explained the process and the tech that came out was on time and got the job done in about 2 hours. The tub looks brand new. Best decision we could have made and the price was great. Thank you Artistic Refinishing

We had the tub reglazed, the person that showed up complained that we should have had everything in the bathroom covered, water shut off for a good day before (none of which we were told to do). I was told the job would take 2 hours... the job took closer to 5 hours from the time that he did show up. Our time window was 9-11; he showed up close to 12. Complained that he hated his job, left a mess all over the bathroom, didn't clean up. There are marks on the shower walls around the tub where it was glazed with several rough patches on the floor of the tub. I wouldn't recommend this particular employee, maybe the others are different.

Artistic refinishing came out to paint my bathtub. Initially it looked really nice. We waited 5 days before using the tub and after that first time use, the paint cracked. I called Artistic Refinishing numerous times. I left voicemails and texted through their website yet my calls were not returned. I finally got through 2 days later and they said that they'll send their worker on Tuesday to touch up the job. I was called in the morning and told that if he didn't come today, he'd come the next day. Well it's now Friday and I'm still waiting. I have 2 unreturned phone calls and am very dissatisfied. Use discretion with this company.

I hired Artistic Refinishing to reglaze the already white tub and white tile walls in white my newly-purchased 50s house. The person who first came to my home was professional. I contracted to reglaze my bath in white. Warning: THEY SUB-OUT THEIR WORK TO NON-EMPLOYEE PEOPLE (as I later learned.) They do NOT tell you that. Paid the plumber to remove all plumbing fixtures, for best application. The bath, which after being sprayed looked good to the eye with a casual once-over, was then not used until my professionally replaced-fixtures came back from the metal plater, and the plumber reattached. When I used the tub for the first time, I discovered that my tub was so full of sharp, rough lumps, it was actually PAINFUL to take a bath! Just days after first using the bathtub, the gaze IMMEDIATELY PEELED off around the faucet! But there is more. ALL OF SHOWER/BATH WALL SURFACES HAVE AN ORANGE PEEL TEXTURE. NOT WHAT I BARGAINED FOR! Approximately several weeks after contacting the company, they sent the same contract labor person that did the job back out to my property to argue that the job had to be WAXED with car wax by the Homeowner! This was a NEW application! The bad attitude rude contract labor person touched up around the faucet, smeared paint on my newly plated faucet, and had to be asked to leave my home, for rudeness. Next, I waited weeks more the owner of the company to arrive to my home, to tell me that the job looked good to him, and that all of their jobs have very rough sandpaper/orange peel feel!!? Not as advertised. NOT what I bargained for, nor paid for. He said he would send someone out to car wax it but never heard another word. Except someone from the company called me about painting my kitchen cabinets!!! As if. When you book the job, aside from not telling you they sub-out the job to contract labor, not telling you about ROUGH non-smooth surfaces, they do NOT tell you that the customer has to constantly use car wax and cannot put anything down to prevent slipping and falls. I am sure that anyone can see a big problem with this, especially for older people. Very misleading. Not full disclosure. NOT A GOOD APPLICATION/PRODUCT TO SELL TO ELDERLY and/or HANDICAPPED PEOPLE (even if the job is done well, which mine was not.) I do NOT recommend doing business with the company. PS - since posting this review, the refinish job has also continued to crack open all along the edge of the tub.

I was pleased with the refinishing of our bathtub. The tech was quick and left the area as clean as before he started. Would definitely recommend!

The tech that came to the house to resurface two bathtubs was very experienced. He did a great job As promised I was very satisfied. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to have bathtubs or whirlpools resurfaced. Also the price was very fair As I did not have to replace the tubs..
