The respond from the administrative employe was super fast and efficient. She provided all the information we needed and explained everything. The work was done and completed the next day. The technicien was minutious and did not hesitate to do extra in order to finalize the projet perfectly. For sure, I will recommend Artistic Refinishing Inc. to all my friends.

I, unfortunately, have to recall the company. When I removed the protecting paper the paint peeled off and for other problem. I already have an appointement for the beginning of january.

Initially thought they were fantastic - but within 4 months, the tub had chipped and peeled. Customer service was great and they immediately offered to fix it - It was redone by their technician Casio but three months later, it has started chipping again. Surely this refinishing should last for more than a few months? I was initially so impressed, but can see that this is going to be an ongoing problem - maybe they should use better quality paint and products? Their prices are really good and they're really nice, but I guess you get what you pay for.

The employee showed up on time, actually called to state he could come earlier. The employee was professional and organized. He did a wonderful job in a timely, efficient manner. Our tub looks brand new!

Beautiful tub refinishing. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Had to make a return visit, but the result is fantastic.
