I started this project in April The tub started peeling 3 days later, the shower peeled when used the first time. Called Tec was sent back and arranged to come the next week He never did. Spoke to cust svc and Manager was sent out He agreed problem and said he would return Friday week to Repair, Never came. Called Cust Svc asked me to work with them as Manager Had family illness. I agreed 2 weeks ago . No calls back.I have now called and left messages and no return calls am asking for refund and no response.

Paint literally washing off of tub less than 1 week after completion. Asked contractor to rectify. Scheduled technician to return, but keeps rescheduling. Now will not return calls.

The tech was very professional and answered every question that was asked about the total job.The refinishing of the tub did not take long and when he finish the work area was cleaned. i was quite pleased with the finished tub, it looks like new.

Al is knowledgable and friendly. He answered all my questions in detail during my research phase. Service occured on scheduled date with phone call updates on arrival time. My 20 yr old bathtub looks new. So much faster than remodeling. Only con is that the bathroom reeked during the process and for 24 hours. I recommend refinishing your tub and I highly recommend Artistic Refinishing.

I am thoroughly disappointed with this company. After numerous visits to correct imperfections, my bathtub began chipping just two weeks later. I then spent 4 weeks calling the office to get a manager out to look at the tub (upon their suggestion). Once an appt was scheduled, they decide to send a technician out AGAIN to touch-up the problem. The warranty offered is pointless because artistic makes little to no effort to honor it.

Artistic Refinishing is an economical and attactive way to update/change the colour of your tub's finish. We had an ugly, 1970's yellow tub that we changed to white. The result was great. The tub looks like new, the technician was professional and courteous, and the customer service team was wonderful. We experienced a few problems with the initial application, but Artistic Refinishing addressed the problem quickly and to our satisfaction. We would recomment this product and this company for this type of application and for the price.
