Matthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

We have used Country Inn Pet Resort and Animal Hospital. located at 2100 S Flamingo Rd, Davie, FL 954-424-6525 for our 4 dogs (2 french bulldogs and 2 boxers). On one side of this complex is the animal hospital. On the other side is the resort. There are 2 vets; they have pet training (the Caesar's Way- the Dog Whisperer) and pet boarding. When boarding, if there is any problem during a stay there, the assistants will walk across the hallway and let the vet see our dogs. The dogs have stayed at the pet resort and as well as see the vets for a few years now. Our dogs get all their medical needs as well as get treated for any problems that may arise. Country Inn really takes care of the dogs. We absolutely trust and love Country Inn Animal Hospital and Pet Resort. We recommend Country Inn Animal Hospital and Pet Resort to anyone !!!

I was super excited to use this facility until I realized that your cameras DON'T in fact work, or certainly not accessible from any browser. The real kicker is how rude your online chat representative was to me just now. Definitely NOT bringing in my dog. As a user experience specialist, I can tell you how disconcerting it is when you advertise and promote heavily that I can view my dog live via your webcams, only to find out that is not true. Apparently, I can only use Internet Explorer which is a DISCONTINUED web browser. Microsoft now calls it EDGE. But on Edge, nor Chrome, nor Safari, do your cameras work, at least not for your Ft. Lauderdale location. Other locations such as Jacksonville DO work... but not Ft. Lauderdale/Davie.

Wow! Just wow! This is the post that that they put up after they almost destroy my entire cats body and face because of their neglect for several days while in their care. They admitted they accidentally thought they weren’t supposed to medicate her, sent her home with disgusting and dirty contagious belongings, lied to me on every phone call, made excuses for months of malpractice and neglect, blaming it on the cat and her immune system and habits, meanwhile they were letting her rot Bc they didnt feel like treating her the way they prescribed me to treat her. They charged me for numerous “exams” yet not once actually examined her, and that is facts bc of the answers I received and my own examinations on my cat while I was asking the questions. “Dr. “ Maureen Thieme never knew about half of the lesions that were on my cat, it was so evident she was unwilling to treat the cat or examine it and thought she could talk her way out of it. She should be put out of work and instead they celebrate the staff as a stab to my back while I’m still three months later treating my cat with treatment they should have been giving her in the beginning of January !!!!!! Dr Maureen Thieme consistently lied to me and told me that spots for the infection that I was looking at didn’t exist yet when I go and check out with another veterinarian immediately; there is not only the infection on those spots that I knew about and she persistently for two weeks didn’t treat bc she said they weren’t there so they turned into a staph infection while in boarding with dr Maureen Thieme ! And she never bother to even examine or treat or check, even after being given a written list of places to check as well as many phone calls detailing where I saw spots. Absolutely the most disgusting, unsanitary, neglectful, idiotic, dishonest, animal killing staff. My cat could have been healed in two week if I had not came to this place. instead, I will be treating her for another two to three weeks at home! They had the audacity to charge me, after they neglected my cat medicine off of their own mistake, they don’t care about animals they care about MONEY. Well let’s talk about money Maureen.... This is going on over 10k in damages to my cat, house, body, mental health, skin, physical health, emotional well being, lost time and work sterilizing my house, I’m saying chemical burn on my hands and arms up to my wrists from dealing with this , my mental health has been put at the breaking point and you’re off celebrating your staff for no good reason!!!! ... Seiler Animal Hospital, you’re just unbelievable, truly, and apparently according to your reviews, CAT KILLERS!!!!!!!! I hate you seiler animal hospital! I hate you! I used Doggi’s grooming and they were amazing. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get in contact with them so I gave this mobile grooming a chance. WORST decision. They left my poor husky with knots everywhere. That has never ever happened and I’ve taken him to different grooming places and they always leave him beautifully combed. I don’t know how they managed but he came out with knots that he never had ???? Clearly they don’t know how to groom huskies or dogs with a lot of hair. Save your money and choose another spot!!! Also my mom called and they had terrible customer service. The man got defensive instead of trying to apologize and fix the issue. He just kept talking over her. SUPER unprofessional!!

SEILER ANIMAL HOSPITALPerfect as usual, Dr. Thieme and his staff have been excellent for the many years I have taken my pets there. They also help a rescue and provide the best care for dogs in the worst condition you can imagine. They are slightly higher priced but never try to sell unnecessary services and I know I never need a second opinion, they have never been wrong in over the 10 years my multiple pets have been treated there. CHLOE'S MOBILE PARROT GROOMING SERVICEThis is who has been grooming my bird since she was two months old! My bird is very fond of her and it’s always a smooth experience. I can call at any time and we are taken care of swiftly with lots of love. It’s always nice to be able to have your bird groomed in the comfort of their own homes. Affordable Animal Care ClinicWe did not receive any services from this person. And thank God. It is hard to tall who your doing business with or who you leave your dog with. This person is a self proclaim white supremacist (see article by SPLC). She verbally attacked my brother while he was doing work for her neighbor, using ugly racial slurs. ANIMAL WELLNESS CLINIC OF TAMARACWhen I made the appointment I was told since I was a first-time patient there would be a $50 fee to hold the appointment which is something I had never heard of but I still did it. My kitty felt better so 8 days prior to the appointment I canceled. I was told the $50 deposit was nonrefundable and that it was to hold an hour of the doctor's time. I explained that I was disabled and on a fixed income and even if that wasn't the case I still did give 8. Days notice so that was adequate time to book someone else for that time slot, it wasn't as though I cancelled the day of or even the day before so surely that spot could have been filled. I was told it didn't matter and that I couldn't have my money back. Clearly this shows the clinic is financially motivated and I would never take any of my 4 cats to this vet.
