We signed a contract with Michael O'Neill Prestige Contracting Services Inc. for a pool bathroom addition, concrete patio and a small guest bath remodel on May 3, 2024. To date we paid this contractor $37,466 for the project which is less than 20% complete, leaving a discrepancy of $28,026. This contractor has not returned to complete the work after many calls, texts, and emails. The contractors last visit to the job site was March 14, 2025. We found out that this contractor never paid for and secured a building permit and lied about several aspects of the project.

Seemlessly. Prestige did an awesome job. They were able to perfectly match my existing siding and did a phenomenal job repairing that, the framing around the front window and back lanai and repairing the corner shingles on each end of the room. Very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
