Scott and Jimmy G are the best.  We have 6 cars and we won't let anyone else work on them.  They are great people who go the extra mile to see that your car gets the best care.

After dropping Goodyear in Clarksville several years ago because of a poor customer service attitude, I began using the Used Car Factory for service on my Ford Explorer. They have always performed excellent work and never try to sell services not required. Prices are reasonable. Based on the number of cars/trucks on their schedule you can tell they have an excellent reputation, most by word of mouth. A friend from church recommended to me. Today they told me they have even worked on a couple of fire trucks. Top notch work by top notch people.

They're very inexpensive for the quality of work and very honest. They don't try to overcharge and they tell us when they check something out and we don't need additional services that we had expected to pay for. Another example: we took our car in there and it needed one windshield wiper-they offered to replace only one and didn't try to charge us for two, as most places would. They are great to work with and I'm very pleased. I highly recommend them to anyone.
